We ordered delivery from this location on 01/05. We ordered through the Primanti Brothers website and soon got a text that it was being delivered via an Uber Direct driver. We waited and waited and saw a car pull up in front of our neighbors house. Suddenly we got a text that our food had been delivered, except that it hadn't.
We called the Waterfront location, spoke with the manager on shift and were told that we needed to contact Uber. The credit card charge was to Primanti Brothers and not Uber but we contacted Uber anyways. The Uber rep contacted our driver and confirmed that the food was delivered to the wrong address. Uber tried to tell us that Primanti Brothers had given them the wrong address even though the address in the text message we received was correct. Uber said that because they did not take payment for the order (again, it was made via Primantis website and not via the Uber app).
With no luck from Uber we contacted Primanti Brothers again and explain the situation to them. The same manager once again told us that they would not refund it it was Uber's responsibility despite the fact that Uber did not take payment for the items. The manager advised us to issue a charge back on the order so that Uber would have to refund it.
We charge back the order, lo and behold the merchant that was contacted was Primanti Brothers because, again, Uber did not take payment. Primanti Brothers just sent a copy of our delivery slip to our credit card company to dispute the charge back saying that our food was delivered despite us confirming with a manager at the location twice that it had been confirmed delivered to the wrong address.
So now we've paid for food that we never got because Primanti Brothers can't hold their contracted delivery company responsible for its mistakes so instead of doing anything about it they just decided to keep our...

Ordered a family meal deal to include 4 classic sandwiches, an additional order of fries with cheese, and a family sized salad that I paid an up charge to add chicken to for curbside pickup. Upon bringing the order home we noticed that one of the sandwiches was missing as was the chicken that we paid extra to have on the salad. I called the restaurant and was immediately put on hold without the opportunity to speak. After more than 8 minutes my call was finally answered and I was told that they would get me a manager to speak with me. After waiting on hold for several more minutes I was told that the manager would call me back in a few hours as they were busy which I said was unacceptable as I ordered food and didn’t receive what I paid for. I explained that part of my family isn’t going to not eat because they didn’t complete our order right. I was placed back on hold and have been waiting for someone to speak with me for more than 10 minutes and counting. A male worker picked up and got smart with me when I explained that I was waiting to speak with a manager and hung up. I paid for my meal just like the people that are in the restaurant. It’s not my fault they didn’t give me my full order. I just want the food that I paid for. This is unacceptable. Updated from 1 to 3 stars * I drove to the restaurant and requested to speak with the manager about the situation. Unlike the staff I encountered on the phone she was respectful and apologetic. The order was remade correctly and I have adjusted my review...
Read moreI don't tend to write reviews but i finally have enough visits that i think i can post one for this. Your bartenders don't seem to know the Standard Essential cocktail recipes that EVERY bartender should know so lets start with the basics. An Old Fashioned DOES NOT have sweet vermouth in it. So why are 3 out of 4 bartenders i've talked to, making them this way? One of them charged me twice, once for the drink and then again for the base spirit itself separately ( as a shot not for the drink) , another one didn't even ask what bourbon and just handed me a glass of destroyed fruit, bitters, and soda water. All of them seem to think you muddle a handful of cherries together with an orange before doing anything, and leave the drink filled with pulp.
My visit today the lady behind the bar ( i didn't catch her name and i feel bad for it ) looked at me and seemed confused when i asked if she put vermouth in hers. Then couldn't understand how or why the others were doing so when i told her about it. So the woman behind the bar at 2:15pm on 10/6/22 is the only person that has been close to correct. However, if you can't spend the time to teach your employees to get the basics down you need to remove your bar entirely.
Just to be nice. From the IBA Approved cocktail list. A.K.A. THE PEOPLE THAT CERTIFY THIS STUFF here's the base formula they should be taught:
45 ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey 1 Sugar Cube Angostura Bitters Orange...
