Kohl's — Attraction in Homestead

BUYER BEWARE!!! SCAM ALERT: I ordered a dress on line priced 21 dollars. I had trouble placing the order at first because site was going very slow. When it came time to finally complete my order there was instead of one, there were two items ordered . One in store, and the other to be shipped. The item to be shipped was not even the size I ordered and neither were at the price advertised, but 35 each. I immediately tried to cancel it but the site wouldn’t allow me stating items in fulfillment. Both under one order number, mind you. I called customer serving and they would not help me. They argued they don’t allow you to cancel the item because it’s being fulfilled, even though it hadn’t shipped. As I talked to the rep I received an email stating the online order was cancel and that 27.32 of the 35 would be refunded. Never got it. I was told they would cancel the order before being shipped but it would take 30. Received an email stating it was refunded and may take up to 30 day, but instead received the item by mail. Brought it back to the store. Item Not Found!!!! Store called them and they said they can only return over phone. Guess what! Complete scam. I gave them the item and called afterwards to see if the return went through and they acted as though they had no clue that I returned the item to the store. KOHLS ROBBED ME!!!! I know we’re truly in a recession when a major store is scamming and robbing and frauding customers by false...

I had made a purchase of a wedding band for my fiancé, unfortunately the ring was too big and I had to make a return. The first time customer service gave me a hard time and questioned me whether or not I was returning to correct item or not. The ring still had the tag and box, and I had my order details but they made me feel as if I were lying when I’m reality I was not. They allowed me to return it. I reordered the ring and again the size was too big. I was afraid to return this ring per my last experience. I finally gained the courage to come return the ring but instead of going to customer service I went straight to jewelry. Here I was assisted by a store employee by the name of Sandy. She was the sweetest and made the transaction smooth. I was truly so pleased with this experience and Sandy that I just had to come on here and express that. I love to come to kohls. Im a cardholder with kohls and tend to spend some money there. They have improved with there selection of merchandise from clothing to home decor. Its for the most part always clean except for the clearance rack which is understandable. I love that we can return our Amazon purchase there and then browse around which I tend to do. Smart idea😁. The only con or improvement I would like to see is a women's section for big/tall. I'm 5'9" and it's difficult sometimes to find pants/jeans for my height. I usually have to either purchase pants that fit somewhat okay but its not the best fit for me or purchase tall pants online which is not very convenient sometimes. I've seen that there's a men's section for Big and Tall, can we please add a teeny, tiny section for us rare tall women please? I know we would really appreciate it...
