Menchie's Frozen Yogurt — Attraction in Homestead

So disappointed! We got to Menchie’s at 9:30pm. They close at 10pm and had about 10-15 customers but employees had already put away all they cold toppings, about 4 options of flavors of yogurt to choose from.

I understand they want to go home but if you close ,

at 10pm, products should be put until then. We couldn’t sit inside because they had put up all their chairs and mopped.

Not right.

Hi Johann Thank for your reply. As I understand the shortage of supply and demand; I asked the young lady at the register if they already put stuff away even though it’s only 9:30pm ? And she said yes sorry. She did not say that you’re out of products. Nor was there a sign that your location may be low on products . There were several unhappy customers . One poor lady got soaked with water while pulling down the yogurt handle for I believe chocolate yogurt . Maybe adding signage to communicate to customers would be helpful . And keep seating out for customers until closer to closing time would be nice too. Again I appreciate your response and for hearing me...

My whole family loves frozen yogurt, we frequent Homestead location but unfortunately last week we were there in the afternoon, it was super crowded, some of us went and bought ice cream for the second time. My 8 year old girl wanted more and when she went to the machine the lady told her that first she had to pay to take more from the machine which makes no sense since they charge according to the weight. I accompanied my daughter to the machine so she could get what she wanted while the lady signaled to the cashier to watch us. I felt super bad more for my girl than for me. I complained to the employees and he said yes, that's it. It was true that they had done it because there were children who ate ice cream without paying. What a horrible experience that those people gave me that justification, no one has to feel like a criminal or a thief, least of all a child accompanied by his family. Saturday 02/24 at approximately 4:50pm. The floor was very dirty & black, there was topping all over the floor, the toppings area was mixed & messy, some toppings were empty. There were 4 employees in total that I saw. 2 at the register & 2 in the back. The two employees at the register did not greet anyone who walked in, they did not assist at all, they were talking and giggling instead of cleaning or refilling the toppings. When I went to check out, one of the girls on the register had no idea what she was doing . She was definitely not meant for customer service. If it wasn’t for my kids who wanted to eat there I would have left.
