I don't know exactly how they do this. However, similar stores sell overstock from past seasons. They also offer alterations for a reasonable price compared to the top quality work that is performed on the piece or even up to a full outfit. Tons of trendy outfits to choose from at huge savings. You can also earn points which after accumulating so much will turn into a note which can be used or put on a gift card.
