NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I took 2 watches in, one for a battery replacement the other to put in a pin that fell out. The young man said they were out of that pin that they had to order it so I paid $25 for the battery change and left the other. The next morning they called at 9:50am after opening at 9:00am. I thought how weird he could order a pin, get it delivered and fix the watch in under 50 minutes. I picked it up and was charged $25 for a pin! At home I put it on and it was tight so I inspected it, the clasp is no longer centered. So he didn’t replace a pin, he removed a link. I asked to see the invoice for the order of the pin then he says he had one. But admitted he told his son on Sunday that they didn’t have the pin. He refused to admit taking a link off or returning that link to me. He thought easy fix but when i originally bought the watch I had my wrist measured and the band length measured to prove he removed a link. It’s too bad he couldn’t admit because if you can’t trust a jeweler to be honest, no one will trust him with their diamonds. Only takes one time to ruin a reputation. Adding to my previous review. I have returned a couple of times and have been so satisfied with the results and the friendly staff and owner. Daniel is knowledgeable and from a perspective of dealing with past friends, his pricing is very competitive for a quality product. I recently had a Hawaiian ring made, and it was ready much faster than I expected and the design came out exactly how I described it. Highly recommend.

I happened upon this wonderful shop and Daniel started talking to me about what I was looking for. As I described the piece, he told me that he did custom pieces. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this jewelry store and it's owner, Daniel. I brought a very treasured necklace in for repair that had literally been destroyed by another local jeweler. Daniel took a great deal of time trying to figure out how he could repair the chain. Ultimately, there was just no way to fix it. I ended up having to buy a new chain and he was able to not only make my treasured pendant look amazing, but he also took the time to fix the pendant so it sat better on my new chain AND he put a new iridium coating on to make it sparkle !! All for no charge..!! I am just beyond words ant how professional and truly caring he is.. He also gave me a professional discount for being a nurse..amazing !!
