Worst customer service experience ever! I cannot believe I can literally walk into a retail store and have not one but two employees refuse to help me! And one wasn't even busy! I'm not someone to complain easily and in fact have only reviewed to give someone good credit for their service, however I am in the customer service industry and am in shock of the terrible service I received today by the cashier and another employee. I could never image treating a customer like they didn't matter! Especially to the point where they didn't even care about making the sale! I wanted to buy! I was trying to buy! They refused to help me, so I left without making the purchase and well....they were ok with that! As long as they didn't have to put any more effort into their job. Ross is NOT ALLOWED TO REACIALLY PROFILE anyone. But today while shopping my husband was accused of trying to steal because he wanted to pick the jacket off the floor that was already there. We were followed throughout the whole store the whole time we were there and security was called to stand out side until we checked out. We spent over $300. I worked at Ross before; I know how they work and what they are allowed to do that’s how I know I was being watched. We talked to the workers when they talked to us; we didn’t have any bags or back packs with us just my wallet and phone. So what they did was uncalled for. I would give it 0 stars. The store opened at 8 I shopped for about 15 minutes and stood in line to make my purchase. I was the only one in line.
