I bought a T-shirt yesterday, and when I tried to wear it today, I found a hole in the sleeve. I had already removed the tag and didn’t have time to go back to the store, so I guess I’ll have to sew it myself. It cost $35, but now I have to repair it on my own… The quality doesn’t seem very good. When I asked a staff if I could try it on to check the size, they gave me a separate sample shirt that had a completely different design. If I had been able to try on the actual shirt I purchased, I would have noticed the damage. It’s disappointing. I think this system needs improvement, or at least the products should be inspected more carefully...

NO CUPS ALLOWED IN STORE.

Yes no drinks allowed in the store. So I finished my coffee and put it in my bag.

The girl with the glasses saw the cups' straw sticking out of my bag, and told me no drinks allowed.

I told her it's empty. She said "unfortunately no drinks allowed"

I get it you don't want your goods get damaged, but it's EMPTY.

And I have a whole bottle of water in my bag anyways.

You can assess each situation and be flexible.

I feel like she just doesn't want people...

Terrible and awful experience:(

It was a discrepancy caused by a staff input error that one of the items does not paid in the first transaction.

I am surprised and scared that without my confirmation the staff still can use my card to do the transaction?!

If you contact me to show the evidence and explain the reason, I would definitely like to pay but without inform and my confirmation to do the transaction like that is illegal and sounds...
