It's nice place but the TOILET SEAT WAS A PINCHER! You know you sit on it then it slips and pinches your leg Ouch it sucks I had this done to me before. We were in Tower 1 room 1401

I rated this as a 1 star as it took 3 days to fix an easy 5 to 10 minute issue NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS ON A PAID VACATION....

I called Melissa Murray shes the property manager for Hawaiian Sun Holidays properties she called her maintenance guy we waited nothing showed up 1st day. By the second day the seat was BROKEN. I followed up with my email including a picture of the broken toilet seat...

Turns out she's off on day 2 of broken seat. We have 3 in our party and we all use the bathroom especially the toilet. So when your toilet seat is Fd. It should be fixed or replaced this toilet seat has been well used and should only cost a few buck to get a new seat. I Bet Melissa Murray's toilet seats not broken like ours. DAY 3 Wednesday we left as usual at about 8am went to swap meet then Pearl. Weather was very windy but traffic light so we went North Shore...good call no traffic to speak of...Waimea Bay great as usual. Had some shave ice and shrimp on Kahuku. Boogie boarded at Castle beach. Drove thru Kaneohe over Pali and down onto Waikiki. GUESS WHAT? THE toilet seat was replaced and we didn't even have to stay at the room between 10 n 11 am... 3 days for a 20 dollar part and 5 minutes or so of labor PAU. no excuses just get it done. We had an upper mountain view unit. It was perfect. The view was awesome and the overall location was fantastic. It was close to the beach, shopping, dining, the park.. it was just very good. Wouldn’t even give it the one star, we had an early arrival so I booked one night extra prior arrival so we could check in right away. A room key was left which didn’t work, called all the numbers and emergency numbers on the sheet to not receiving one call back.
