Husband and I had a mini vacation, this was our treat. The atmosphere is calming and service begins at the front door. If you have sensory sensitivity you may want to wear a mask. Staff were very accommodating and personable. My spouse has a hearing deficiency and they catered to that. I was very pleased and appreciated my massage therapist listening to my needs during the massage and facial. It was also comforting that she did not use oily products while administering services. Nothing worse than having to wipe yourself down before putting your clothes back on. Cost was $150/person for a 50 minute massage and 25 minute facial. The facility does have close quarters, so I'm unsure how wheelchair maneuverability will fair; although I'm pretty sure they have a solution. At the end they provide the standard precautionary care instructions. I ended up asking the desk staff about the hydrating lip product they used on me because it was phenomenal; I purchased one. Oddly, my massage rep did not mention the product, but I found that refreshing. Often times when you go to salons they push product on you, I suppose she let the product speak for itself. Bravo! You would definitely be doing yourself a favor by patronizing this establishment, you won't regret it!

$135 facial for a 13 year old for 40 min. Absolutely unacceptable. I was under the impression it was $50, got to the register and it was $135. No costs were mentioned prior or during the service. I don’t know if there were add ons, if so I wasn’t told. I haven’t even ever had a facial that expansive for myself. Mine are a hour and $60 at Chrysalis. Make sure you ask for costs up front before you get anything. Or better yet just go elsewhere. It was a Saturday where their site offerers 2 services for $115 so don’t know how I got ripped off so bad but this place thinks it’s Hollywood at what they charged me for a $13 year old.

I have a regular person I go to for my massages back home. I have also went to other places to get a massage, but I have never experienced a massage like Destinations Day Spa. From the beginning to the end, my services were superb! I loved getting in the spa! It was so relaxing! Tiffany's hands are gifted! She is the first person ever who had me so relaxed and refreshed I could barely walk after my massage! I love her process of giving the massage! Tiffany is absolutely amazing and an expert on giving massages! Destinations Day Spa is now one of my favorite places in Hot Springs!

My wife and I recently visited Destination Day Spa in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and we had an absolutely phenomenal experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. The staff were friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to making sure every guest feels pampered and cared for.

We were fortunate enough to have A.J. Davis and Tiffany Murphy as our massage therapists, and both of them were incredible. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every service we received. We opted for massages, body scrubs, and scalp massages, among a few other treatments, and each one was performed with such care and precision that we felt completely rejuvenated by the end of our visit.

The facility itself was immaculate and thoughtfully organized. Fresh robes, towels, and linens were provided, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. It was clear that a lot of effort goes into keeping the spa clean and inviting. They even had water readily available, which was a nice touch that added to the overall comfort and luxury of the experience.

Every detail was carefully considered to enhance our visit, and we couldn’t be more impressed with how seamless everything felt. The massages were truly some of the best we’ve ever had, and it was evident that both A.J. and Tiffany are passionate about their craft. Their skill and professionalism made all the difference, and we left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and beyond satisfied.

If you’re looking for a top-tier spa experience in Hot Springs, I can’t recommend Destination Day Spa enough. Whether it’s for a single service or a full day of pampering like we had, you will not be disappointed. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Thank you to everyone at Destination Day Spa for making our experience...

I was at this spa a while ago. My appointment was for a 90 minute massage, but the therapist only gave me a 60 minute, leading me to think she didn't check her book before I came. The receptionist didn't know this and almost charged me full price for the service that was scheduled - not the service I received. The therapist was pleasant, and I liked her, but she had a super light touch and it just wasn't what I was accustomed to, or wanted. I didn't necessarily want deep tissue but I wanted firm pressure which I asked for. I've had a ton of massage, so maybe I'm just really picky. The spa itself was very nice and relaxing. They've done a good job with the atmosphere.

I find it disconcerting that Destinations does not allow reviews on Demandforce to be anonymous - and they have also disabled the reviews on Yelp. I've been hesitant to post my review because google forces you to use your real name and I didn't want to put all my personal information out there, or be harassed for saying some negative things, so please forgive this anonymous account. I understand that there is a need to keep things honest and prevent people from posting bogus reviews, but it seems geared to only have reviews from customers that you know will post good things (my goal is to give a fair review, which I hope will help...
