I am so upset with this place! I went in on 10/7 and ordered flowers for my friend that passed away. Paid with a check for $104.03. Told them the funeral home but didnt know when the service would be yet. They said that was fine and they would call the funeral home and find out, so the flowers would be fresh for the service. The service was 6 days later. There were no flowers there! The check went through my bank the day before the service. I will never use this place again. Ive been calling and no one answers the phone. I am so mad I could spit nails right now but, i guess i have to go up there to get my money back. Absolutely Disgusted right now!
Update: I did receive a full refund, and I do apppreciate the apology from the company, however, that does not excuse this huge mistake. May I suggest that you just not do funeràls? I mean it is an extremely emotional, and important event that can not be undone. I understand that accidents happen, wires get crossed, and alot of the time plans go awry. Im living proof of that! However, you didnt seem to try very hard. You said that that my order was delivered the day I ordered, then you said it was refused at the funeral home that same day. Now, I just dont understand how you just dont try to get the flowers to the intended recipent anytime in the following SIX DAYS! That just makes no sense to me! A bride and groom of mine selected Flowers and Home as their wedding florist recently. The bouquets were lovely, but we had issues with the other floral elements. The centerpieces were extremely sparse for the price, and the designer completely failed to understand our vision on the hanging tent greenery.
As a wedding planner, I expect my floral team to communicate with me during the set up process so I can make sure everyone is on the same page, but this is apparently not their protocol. I don’t normally work in the Hot Springs area and this is contrary to every other florist I’ve ever worked with. The set up team arrived at the venue over 3 hours earlier than planned without contacting me, the designer we worked with was not even present, and the team was given instructions by the designer that were incorrect. When I called the shop to try to fix the situation, no one answered my calls. Tried getting my fiance nice flowers for valentines day and told them exactly what I want I wanted 2 roses and a few calla Lilly and star gazer Lilly and said I did not want a vase. The assortment looked nice but was 4.75$ per flower and I got a vase which I mentioned I did not a vase employee simply said "well you got one" and asked how much it was said I was charged for a vase I did not want. then asking about the Lilly I said I thought star gazers where pink and white and are normally bigger not just white and small employee said I was wrong and that they were star gazers can look like this the asked her associate associate came up and said no that indeed they were not star gazers.although flowers looked ok price was way to high and did not get my order correct I was so embarrassed by flowers I just went to Kroger and bought a bigger display that looked just as nice with more than 3 time the flowers for almost half the price of these guys. overall feeling is I...
