If this is what Hot Springs is famous for, then please have your local street artists & taggers come and paint SD Black Hills features along the retaining wall. It’s really a creepy pathway to walk because it’s like walking in the Los Angeles aqueduct. Imagine, if you will, local artists painting bison, elk, prong horn, Mt Rushmore, Black Hills silhouette, waterfalls, etc., paying tribute to the Black Hills & their legacy.
