My installer Tanner was incredibly professional and wanted to make sure I had my internet connection installed exactly where I wanted it. He removed an older connection from another company and provided a matching cover plate. He showed me how to use the GW app on my phone. One difference from this company than others is that my UPLOAD and download speeds are exactly the same. Usually, the upload speeds are slower. I also received a complimentary email address. The web site to pay my bill works perfectly. The withdrawal is on auto pilot. So far, no issues at all with this provider.
