Very disappointed. My wife and I both ordered burritos. They were large and hot but that was about it. Both burritos were rubbery and stuck to the paper they were wrapped in. The burritos were placed onto of the tortilla chips that were served with them. Due to the heat of the burrito and being placed on top of the chips, the chips were stale and a bit soft. I had a beef burrito, that was not very tasty, and seemed to be processed beef as it had a weird texture and taste. My wife had veggie. The veggie was basically the beef with spinach and red peppers instead of the beef. We could not find any onions on either. There was a sitting room in the adjacent hotel set aside for the coffee shop customers. We entered the sitting room and three mid aged gentlemen told us to help ourselves to a seat. As we ate, we listened to these gentlemen talk religion and two of them had problems with their daughters. As they talked it appeared they were having a regular meeting but, I may be wrong. It is not my business and I don't wish to tell them how to run it but, It was uncomfortable to hear strangers talk of their family problems while I ate my lunch. So, to sum it up, the food was NOT very good and the atmosphere was...
Read moreThe Springs Coffee Kiosk is delicious, offering an incredible dining experience from breakfast to dinner! The indoor and outdoor seating areas are beautifully set up, creating a welcoming vibe. The food is outstanding—my husband raves that the oatmeal is the best he’s ever had, and the avocado toast on homemade sourdough (crafted by one of her staff) is hands-down my favorite. I wanted to try everything on the menu, like the breakfast quesadillas that all the locals were ordering, but I ran out of time. For lunch and dinner, the homemade hamburgers and unique spiral-cut potato tornadoes with chipotle aioli dip are delicious and unforgettable. We gad fun eating them off the skewers The coffee and teas blow Starbucks out of the water, with rich flavors that keep us coming back. Vicky and her friendly, helpful staff are a joy—true rays of sunshine! She always has time to talk and recommend places to go for the visitors. And knows practically everybody in Hot Springs loves the Wetzel family. The drive-through is a convenient bonus. Highly recommend this spot for amazing food and a warm atmosphere! I so wish I...
Read moreOrdered a bacon breakfast bagel and an iced coffee and was very disappointed. I asked if the bacon breakfast bagel was a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel and was told yes, but I was not told that the bacon was bacon bits. Never in my life have I ordered a breakfast sandwich and been given bacon bits for the bacon meat. The bagel was so greasy I could barely pick it up and it leaked grease the whole time I ate it. I asked if they had iced coffee and was told yes, they handed the drink out the window and said “iced americano”. I told her that I ordered an iced coffee and she said that this was their iced coffee. She said it was made with shots of espresso, water and cream. I told her I ordered an iced coffee, not an iced americano or iced latte and she said that it’s not either of those things because it has...
