This place is the definition of “very very good”. The food was too good to be at such a low price, food was very good and I recommend the pancakes of chocolate as it was the best pancake I’ve ever had. The food was soo delicious that I wanted to throw up the food that I ate here, and eat it all again. You need to come here every week for the food and breakfast as it is Michelin star worthy. Service is very good and the waiters always here for what you need almost all the time. Almost no wait as it takes about 10 minutes for your food (which is very fast for busy days). Bakery is awesome. Seating is very peaceful, calm, and clean. Very quiet atmosphere, and friendly atmosphere. Overall, GO HERE!!!! This place is totally worth your time. I would live in hot springs just for this brunch and breakfast everyday I wake up.

MUST STOP! Oh my goodness, this place is Amazing! Service was attentive, quick and friendly. Atmosphere was exactly the thing I look for in small towns. And the chef, Diane, incredibly talented and personable to boot! Bread made fresh with unique flavors like Bacon Cheddar, which paired perfectly with my Ham and Cheese Omelette. Everything is made from scratch. The restaurant also has items for sale by local artists, which is helpful for early morning travelers not here during shop hours. The whole town of Hot Springs is super charming and this restaurant was literally the icing on the cake! IF you have FOMO, the Upper Crust Bakery would be on that list!

My wife and I had an amazing lunch here. Corned beef hash with eggs and cinnamon raisin toast and the Cod basket. Absolutely delicious. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. Our takeaway rhubarb bread pudding was to die for!

Been to this place a few times. This is the first time I've been a little..... disappointed. I had the eggs Benedict and a veggie omelet. The Benedict was ok.... the hollaindaise sauce looked like it might have been over done as it looked like it started to separate. The veggie omelet however, tasted ok, but preparation ..I don't know. It looked more like vegetables thrown into scrambled eggs and then the whole thing was held together to help it resemble the folded preparation of an omelet. The last issue I had was when I bought some bakery items. Because of the amount I bought, the waitress was nice and excused herself to see if a bulk discount could be applied. When she came back, however, she actually charged me MORE than what was advertised on the front of bakery case. Granted it was only a dollar or two, but it was the principle in that being charged more than what was advertised. Integrity is everything. Now it makes me wonder what else was i over-charged for? Is money needed at such a level that overcharging is a thing? I tipped well, as I always do... but the food preparation and then the over-charging by the waitress.... I had to lower my star rating and seriously will reconsider and hesitate visiting this place again. Unfortunately.....it was such pleasant experience the...

Our service was terrible. Our waitress came and got our drink order of two orange juices and as she was doing that she dropped a container of fresh fruit on the floor. She cleaned it up and the container that hit the floor and the remaining fruit inside was put back in the cooler. The waitress brings our drinks and takes our order, Order came out fast and looked great! Our order of stuffed hashbrowns were undercooked (still raw hashbrowns) and the gravy had a off taste. Literally two minutes after getting our food the waitress brings our ticket, she never asked how anything was or if we needed anything, just said take all the time you need. We both had empty glasses for 15 minutes and were never offered a refill, than sat another 15 minutes after we were done eating waiting for to-go boxes that I finally grabbed myself. We were never checked on once.. The hostess was nice as could be and also a waitress by the name of Sarah was running her tail off and nice, our waitress...who knows. They...

The food was fine, not the best not the worst (except the oatmeal my 2-year old granddaughter gaged on it). The service was lacking. First, we get there to a seat yourself sign. Which is fine except that half the empty tables were still dirty and it was difficult to understand where to sit. Staff walked by us and never spoke. Then three people who sat after us were given their orders before us. Our orders were not difficult.

My daughter ordered a French Vanilla Coffee from a Keurig. All you have to do is follow directions. So what was brought to our table was obviously not a first run on the pod, it looked like brownish water.

Plus, my daughter felt uncomfortable in the environment. Whether it was because we came in wearing masks or because she and the grandbaby are black we're not really sure. But, whatever the reason she...
