Another Place in Time — Attraction in Houston

Love this place for gorgeous plants, succulents, and veggies! They have a wonderful small green house area with hard to find tropical plants. I bought two cool orchids that blooms for 2-months and found out later they are from a nursery on the Big Island of Hawaii! I also have some stag horn ferns that are very easy to maintain. They also have some veggies and smaller plants and seasonal flowering plants. Pricing is very competitive and reasonable, and great value for the more unusual plants. I’ve been here a few times and it’s a lovely little spot! I have snagged a couple great finds here in both plants and unique, antique planters (can’t decide on a favorite between the copper cauldron or the elf boot!). I’m so happy with my mounted bird’s nest fern - they even include care instructions with it.

While the selection is smaller than B’s up the road, their prices are better (along with the orphan plant table!) and there’s often some unique/uncommon plants available. Every person that works here is kind...

I love this open little shop, the plants are always great quality and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, they're always ready to help with care plans or plant selections. The choices are different every time you go, in which is so fun as a plant nerd because you get to see so many new things, but it means you need to go in open minded when thinking of a garden.
