I can't say enough good things about Gentry Hair Salon, and in particular, my barber Eli. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The salon itself exudes style and sophistication, creating a comfortable environment for clients.
Eli, is a master barber and a true professional in every sense. He possesses an extraordinary level of expertise when it comes to hair cutting and styling. What's even more impressive is his ability to listen and understand exactly what I wanted. He took the time to discuss my preferences and offered valuable insights to enhance my haircut. His attention to detail is second to none, and it's evident that he's passionate about his craft.
My experience with Eli went beyond just a haircut. He provided personalized grooming advice, which I greatly appreciated. Read moreNo accountability & does not care about their clients. I went here a few times. They cut hair ok but eventually they messed up and cut my hair too short from what I asked and it was crooked. I called the same day to let them know I had a bad experience and they offered a refund or to come in to try to fix it. I came in to show them it’s too short to fix but instead of a refund I would rather come back in 3 weeks when my hair was long enough to fix. They agreed. I came back 3 weeks later and they charged me for a regular haircut. I reminded them this was a free fix from 3 weeks ago but then they denied the agreement, denied offering a refund, and said they only have a 5 day fix policy. So I asked if a gentleman gets a bad haircut that’s too short to fix in a 5 day period, that individual gets no compensation for a mistake by your barber and has to come back a month later to pay for the barber to fix their mistake? They said yes and that killed the entire love I had for the place. If you can’t stand by your work and make sure the client is happy when you mess up then you must be really struggling as a business and not care about your clients. I have been bringing my team to the gentry for years in December when we come into town for our Holiday Party. This year I made a reservation weeks in advance for 7 services to be done the day of the party for their most expensive services for all guests. My card has been on file for years we’ve never missed and appointment. I confirmed my appointment multiple times leading up till today when they cancelled my appointments after their ccard system apparently cannot run deposits for out of state credit cards. I gave them 8 different card numbers all of which are valid and their system declined all of them and their response was come into our shop today or we are going to cancel all of your appointments. Horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers all they care about is taking your money.
