My checker couldn't find a price for a Little Debbie item that was on sale. Rather than send an employee, she sent me. No, I don't work there. Meanwhile the checker decides that I'm too slow and the next customer ( "Skipper") and the checker decide that they can skip me. I commented that Skipper shouldn't be allowed to to skip me. Thus began THE EPIC-est of meltdowns on me in line. The checker did nothing ... because I was 'too slow.' I asked for a manager who just watched and grinned while Skipper finished her loud self righteous rant that included screams of how ugly I am. HEB never called the on-site security. Any reasonable person could see security was needed immediately. Employees couldn't be bothered to call for help because they were too busy looking at this manic episode and laughing at how stupid she was. Did she have a gun? Was she going to punch or kick? They were enthralled at this lady's loud lungs and ability to garner attention. I didn't sign up to be entertainment at a grocery store.

Read moreI paid $18.00 to send a FAX from this location. Some of the pages had to be copied first because they were printed on both sides and some of the copies were copies of medical photos. The copies of the photos came out so black, the recipient of the FAX was not able to identify anything on them. That was due to the setting of the copy machine. I was not able to see the photos because they were copied and faxed behind the counter but it should have been noticed by the salesperson before sending the FAX. When I arrived home, one of the original pages was missing. I went back the next day to talk to the woman who had sent the FAX. She seemed willing to try to solve the problem and began looking for the missing page but the guy in the shop immediately got involved, interrupted me rudely while I was explaining what had happened, cut her off as well and behaved overall unprofessionally. Needless to say I will not go back. That was an important fax as it contained medical...
Read moreI looked online for a product and online said they had 20 in stock, because nowhere else had it i called and asked them to check before I drove over 30min to get it. They assured me that if it says they have that many they definitely have it, so I drove out. I walked in and asked the customer service who had no line at the time if they could tell me where it is, assuming they would look it up in the computer but instead the lady pointed at the big sign hanging from the roof and said it should be down there. I went to the area and found where it should be but the shelf was empty so I found an employee in the area and asked if they could find it for me. They looked in the same spot I did and on the top shelf and said they couldn't find it so there is nothing they can do sorry...I will not be going back to this lowes after this horrible experience (and this wasn't...
