At the end of the day a one star is giving my experience more credit than deserved. I've worked in the industry before and during covid so I can understand when a restaurant is in the weeds, but the complete lack of customer service was ridiculous! We entered around 9pm. No one greeted us to seat us. There was a UFC game showing that night and we honestly expected it to be a lot buiser than it actually was. The traffic was similar to what a normal Saturday night would like like at bar/wing place. We had to seek someone out to even get a grasp on how seating worked and why there was an automatic $10 cover to dine. As we talked to the staff member he quickly mentioned that there was gratuity included. At first I didn't think anything of it. They considered this to be an "event" and gratuity included made the most sense for an "event-like" evening. We sat ourselves and waited for someone to greet us. A couple of servers passed us a bunch of times and didn't acknowledge our presence at all. So I went out of my way again to let someone know that we haven't been greeted at all and we didn't have menus and they responded rudely and with a glare that "Yeah, it's gonna be a minute". At that point I was ready to go purely off of the lack of hospitality and couth in a response, but we had realized it was getting late and we had limited options to eat out that night, especially if we wanted to go somewhere else for wings and a drink. We continued to wait until we were greeted by our server. At this point I expected to be met with the same attitude as before, but he was generally nice and answered my questions. The fights eventually started and I thought that could be something enjoyable to focus on despite the severe lack of customer service and instead I was met with audio and tv screens cutting in and out. So least to say I couldn't even enjoy the fight that they were charging for. The food finally got there after waiting for a long period of time. The wings were dry and most of the seasoning was on the parchment paper rather than on the wings itself. We ordered fries and told the food runner that there was something left out of our order. He said he would get them and we didn't recieve them until we were practically done with our food. You could tell (in the photo) that there were barely any fries on the plate and they were cold. Our server acknowledged the wait for the fries and took it off our ticket. Our server was honestly probably one of the only staff members that seemed to be working the hardest there. The overall attitudes of the staff working reflected that there was a silent consensus of "this is just how it goes". There were staff socializing amongst themselves sitting in front of the take out station and didn't make any effort to help buss tables or greet any customers, or refill drinks. When you're in the weeds it should be all hands on deck. The attitude of apathy and nonchalance truly penetrated the whole ambience of the restaurant. No one was in a hurry to do anything. There was no urgency to greet tables, to talk to customers or to buss tables. I really doubt there was a manager on duty and if there was, they didn't make their presence known. People outside of us were just waiting and waiting for anyone to acknowledge them at all. And truly seeing people wait even longer than us was hard to watch. We didn't end up leaving until around 12 am just with quality of service alone. No one seemed to acknowledge that was the pinnacle of what bad customer service looked like and no one was going out of their way to acknowledge, apologize or make amends for that.

Placed our order and waited inside the establishment. Staff was attentive and asked us if we had been helped already. Unfortunately by the time we got home (20 minutes later) we found they just gave us what they wanted to give us. Our order was for 30 wings and we got 10 wings and some nuggets. When we called we were told to come back to get the correct order. We were already home, so we asked that as a courtesy, the least they could do is to deliver the correct order. They refused. Then we said we would go pick up the order, but we asked for both: our money back and the correct order, since this was not our mistake and it is the restaurant’s responsibility to fix it. To that were told that they were out of wings!! šŸ˜… What a LIE! If that is the case, then how were they going to make our order right if they were really out of wings?! This location took no accountability for their mistake, that is not good practice in customer satisfaction. So sad because if this restaurant creates jobs, the least employees could do is be responsible and fulfill their duty. I was in the fast food business 20 years ago, and we strived to ensure customer satisfaction even and especially after making a mistake. The customer may not always be right, but if the restaurant makes a mistake, every effort must be made to correct it to the satisfaction of the customer.

Upon entering my boyfriend’s family and I were sat down at a sticky table. We ordered drinks and food and waited nearly an hour for the first 3 dishes to come out all of them cold and two of them being sent back to the kitchen to be remade. The lemon pepper seasoning was piled on top of the wings as if someone took the lid off of a shaker and let it form a tiny mountain on top of the wings. I was under the impression the dry wings were tossed in seasoning. My black bean burger had cheese on it which I asked them to remove and the burger I got in replacement was overcooked and dry. We never got the other three meals we ordered even after waiting an hour and a half and the manager didn’t even apologize to us when we expressed our disappointment. Just telling us they would remake the food without any apologies or listening to any other concerns. We just decided to leave since we weren’t valued here and on our way out my boyfriend and I spot two employees in a black Honda Civic hot boxing in the handicap spot directly in front of the restaurant. I don’t care if you smoke but do it on your own time and not in front of a restaurant with kids.

As a regular of Buffalo Wild Wings for 5 years, I haven't had a poor experience until today. Where to start. One of the ladies had seated us at one of the tables and not one waiter/waitress came to help us. After 20 minutes the fire alarm rang and then most of the customers had left the building. We were waiting outside wondering what was going on, with none of the employees explaining to the customers what had happened. Fire truck and police car eventually came and no one would explain what was going on. Eventually the alarm stopped, and someone lady in a car came swerving into the parking lot and doing rude gestures with her hands to make everyone move from the parking lot so that she could park in the front parking. This we later found out to be the manager. While everyone was let back in, we seated again at our table. This time alerted one waitress 3 times, a larger gentleman, and 2 other waitresses that we were not served, but none of them responded. So we decided to call and order the meal and eat it at the restaurant because we still wanted the meal. One minute before our ordered meal was ready, someone finally came and asked if we had been helped. 40 minutes later since we arrived, and majority of these waiters and waitresses refused to serve us. Yet they were willing to flirt with each other, and give each other massages out in the open. Yes, I couldn't believe it either. 4 tables that appeared after us, had already received their drinks and food while we had nothing. We decided to go up to the counter and collect our order, and when we sit down to eat, we are missing one box of wings. When we go back to the counter, the lazy waiter tells us to go back and bring the bag of wings just for him so that he can see if the box is there. When we bring him the bag he says that sometimes the food gets mixed up in the back and they weren't able to bring it because they were busy. How are you busy if half the restaurant is empty? I had a chat with him and told him how upset and displeased we were with the service. He tells me that he is only human, and that he is a man now and to treat him like a man. He said we should not criticize the place like that. Give me a break. Enough was enough, and we just ate our food and left. I am thoroughly disappointed as a regular customer here at Buffalo Wild Wings. These waiters/waitresses are very intellectually incompetent and lack basic understanding of how to serve customers in a food setting. Management was non-existant and was a disgrace to the Buffalo Wild Wings franchise. Laziness has reached an all time high, and workers are not willing to work. I didn't realize that BWW was in full support of low quality service, that would make 1 star restaurants look like 5 star diners. Will never return to...

Love the place only because of the product. Which I’m sure isn’t even worth it. This place is terrible. Service is bad and environment is filthy. That’s the TLDR version. Here are a list of my experiences from this place. Some are from the same visit, some are from different visits.

•Floor is always filthy, and tile floor always has that sticky layer that makes your shoes slip. Nasty. I once saw a cockroach crawl from the arcade game on the far end of the place, into the kitchen. I wish I would’ve recorded it so that I could’ve sent it to a Health Inspector. Carpet is always trashed. I get the rowdy environment, but if you’re making all that money, how about spending it on maintaining and cleaning the place. Oh, and restrooms are nasty too.

•Just got home and our carrots were still frozen.

•They told me an order would be ready in 20 minutes, and I knew from experience to double the time because it’s always off by a factor of 2. Every time without fail. I arrived 45 minutes after they told me 20 and my food was barely finishing up. I would’ve been upset if I got there on time and had to wait 25 minutes.

•Once called in to take advantage of their ā€œbuy 10 wings get 10 wings freeā€ deal. Called in and let the lady know I wanted to order 40 wings. I began listing off to her ā€œ10 of these… 10 of these… 10 of these…-ā€œ and then she cut me off and talked to me like I didn’t know the deal. I DID know the deal, I was just about to order the last 10 to utilize the deal twice. You just didn’t let me finish.

•^After the above interaction I showed up to pick up my food. I saw an upset customer get told by this same lady (from above interaction) the ā€œIf you haven’t noticedā€¦ā€ rant about being busy. Customer did not appreciate getting treated like he was ā€œdumbā€ (his words). I decided to write this review after that to let y’all know just what to expect.

•Our orders have been wrong several times, and I’ve even joked to other customers joking about the establishment about needing to quadruple check (their orders were wrong too).

This is all from my perspective. But I know of others who’ve been able to reciprocate.

I say, if you have a good heads up on how to expect the service to be (inexistent), you won’t be upset. Other than that, the food is okay at best.

Also, a message to the owner, if you’re going to reply to this review saying ā€œI’m sorry you didn’t like your experience, please fill out our Q&Aā€ you’re a freaking robot, and don’t bother writing me that reply. Do something about...
