Children's Play Area — Attraction in Houston

I don’t understand why there isn’t someone there monitoring the place. A kid (looked to be 8 years old) was speed running through the playground carelessly with TONS of smaller kids around. My 2 year old was just running around laughing and having fun when this older kid recklessly ran straight into him and made him fall hard and hit his head. After seeing my son cry and hurt himself he just kept on running around because there was no one there to tell him slow down or quit running. He was there alone he didn’t have any parents there with him or even around the area which should be required in order to play in an indoor playground. Hopefully this changes soon so this can stop happening because I know little kids get ran into by older kids all the time at this location. I’m not saying the bigger kids shouldn’t be allowed to play here just that this place needs supervision who will keep the area safe for all the ages. Kids SHOULD also be required to have a parent with them in order for them to be able to play. Other than that, my 2 year old loved this place so I can’t give it a one star. Carpet on floor stinky. Some kids that go there refuse to play with kids of different colour. It is a nice place for the kids to play especially if they have their own company but that carpet needs changing...
