No church is perfect. Christ the King embraces this by preaching and teaching that we are messy, imperfect people who need a Savior, which we believe is Jesus Christ. My wife and I have been attending Christ the King since 2013. Our sons are a part of a fantastic Children's Ministry (the teachers and lessons are fantastic and the indoor playground is awesome!). My wife and I have been a part of numerous Sunday school classes, community groups, and Bible studies, all of which have broadened our understanding of the Christian faith and brought us closer to our brothers and sisters in the church as well as Christ. We enjoy coming to worship in which we praise God through prayer and song, confess to God, hear from God through the reading of His Word and preaching, and celebrate communion every Sunday. I'm not entirely sure where some of the negative reviews came from, but I will re-instate the fact that no church is perfect. Christ the King is filled with sinners (including me) who think too highly of themselves, don't put God first and we suffer consequences of living in a broken world. However, that shouldn't deter anyone from attending this church. God is at work at CTK. Anyone who is interested in going to a church where you can come and learn about what Christ has done and is doing in their lives should visit CTK.

Staff is all so friendly and welcoming. Spacious parking lot. Very clean facility. Kids area is so big and entertaining for a wide are range. The playground is open some weekdays to the public. The outdoor area is huge. Plenty of seating areas for eating and drinking too. Highly recommend.

I went in for a visit, the Summr of 2024. It felt like a BiG Family Gathering. It was Super Crowded. I left before the service started bc I was taking up Their Space. Seems Like A Good community of people to be around.

I'm sorry some of the reviewers have not felt welcomed and have had specific complaints. I know it can be intimidating attending a new and large church. I'm also sorry some have felt that the services haven't met their want or need.

I've been part of this church since 2009, been involved in most of the ministries at some point, and was married here. It's church. We worship the living, loving God and glorify the sacrifice of the Son Jesus Christ that shows we are His, and we are loved. We try to love one another as best we can, and seek to help the hurting. I've never been confused here about my need for salvation. I've always appreciated that the sermons and Sunday School classes don't tell you what to think, but give frameworks for how to consider situations in your life Biblically and follow Him.

Is it a perfect church? They'll have to kick me out if that's the goal. Can we do it better? Sure. But we'll keep being here, doing what we can, and trusting the Lord to help us do more, and better. I hope...
