So today I put in an online order as I usually do on Tuesday and Wednesday for the Special of 2 for 1.....I usually order all flats because of my teeth ....and usually they give me all flats....Now I been doing this for a few months now requesting it......Mind you they were granting my request ....I get a call from an employer staring that have to charge an up charge...U asked where did that come fro. because I been ordering at least two times a week for months....and there was no problem....employee states he was doing what he is told and I get it.....then pass the phone to his supervisor who was rude and would not allow me to talk ..cut me off before O can make statement then proceeded to pass me to their General Manager. I could not hold on so he call back with backing his manager which he should have. I expressed to him that I had never been charged before...He stated that this something they started months ago....however I explained I been doing this for months...so this was never giving to me before...he did grant it....I explained to him that no one ever did it before and it was about consistency if they were going to do that...He then got sarcastic and told me well I could go back and charge for the times we did not charge you...and I told him his sarcasm was not appreciated as a customer.....I did disconnect the call in his face...Grant it....But my main point I was trying to make was not that they should not charge but they should be consistent with charging and it should be listed on the online order where and not on the menu which is in the restaurant....I do not like sarcasm when it comes to customer service.....Because it is not good....and It was not appeasing at all....This makes me tthink about their service here...and whether or not I will be returning to the one on Silber Rd....I do not appreciate it....And I am not for it when I am paying my money....at least two times a week....It was the manner in which both the manager approached it that made me upset as a customer so I will tthink twice before I order again from Brewingz on Silber...this truly need to be checked....So with this being said please when you paying your money you deserve the respect of the people who work in the establishment where you purchasing or buying your food.....The food so I politely left food there because this was not good for business....very disappointing....after this I decided Not to use Brewingz ....I'll go to another establishment and get wings....Thanks very...

BreWingz off of Silber was permanently on my 'staydaeffaway' list after multiple times of terrible customer service. The old location that used to be in front of the Edwards theater has relocated to a brand new establishment right down the street in front of 'Wall-E World' or that hell hole people call Walmart.
The new BreWingz is a HUGE improvement to the old building. The lighting is brighter, the floors are tile and kept clean, tons of televisions everywhere for sports entertainment.
As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by two friendly hosts. They sat me and my party down at a table and it wasn't very long till our waitress came and introduced herself. She was very friendly, I don't remember her name but she was one of the very few that wore a black polo. Everyone else wore red.
After placing our orders, the food came out pretty fast. So fast I was kinda skeptical about it because the last few times I dined at BreWingz it came out so fast that all my food was cold.
Food was on point for me, it wasn't cold. Everyone else's food also seemed to be pretty good. No complaints.
The restaurant manager walked by and asked us how our food was. We gave him the proper feedback and let him know that they have definitely improved their services at this new location.
Overall, the food was good, the place was kept clean, and all the hood-rat employees from the old BreWingz have been eliminated or given the boot. It definitely needed a face lift and so far I think they're doing a good job.
The restaurant does seem to be a bit smaller than its predecessor. The decorations of the restaurant are also kinda meh. There's a ton of open space, maybe a little too open. It needs more flare inside.
Either way, definitely come check out this...
Read moreGreat happy hour. I like the flavors here for wings. Thursday special is $,99 domestic beer. I had gone for HH about 2 weeks ago, and the bartender was friendly and great when the bar area was empty. That is when i got there. When it started getting packed, the bartender did not come back to check up on us. He was doing both jobs. It's not his fault. Went back this past Thursday, and we decided to sit at a table this time, thinking service would be better. It started great friendly. That quickly went away. When it was time to order, I told Joe, our server, what kind of sauce I wanted on my wings he proceeded to tell me i could not order that. I explained to him that I could because I ordered last time. He kept telling me no. He pointed at the options on the menu and was rude about it. I told him to go ask someone who knew. Before this, he had told me that he had been working there for a month. Well, the manager came over, and it was solved. It could be done. As I had stated to him, bit instead of saying ok. I will let them know in the back or let me find out something like that, but no, he was arguing with me. So I proceeded to finish ordering. I wanted chili and cheese on my fries, but I told him I did not want nacho cheese. I wanted shredded cheese instead, and he again straight out said that it couldn't be done. I again told it could because it had been done before at this Brewingz and another brewingz. So he kept arguing no until he finally said ok. When we got the order, it was all wrong. I feel that he did this on purpose. My friend did not want me to say anything about the wrong order. We will not be back...
