Clay Family Eastern Glades — Attraction in Houston

Memorial Park has had an upgrade… what was once just a 5-mile track to walk or run along has expanded into trails that lead visitors of the park to the Eastern Glades. There are benches, picnic benches, public restrooms and even a food truck. It’s possible to take in the beauty of the natural surroundings without having to do the entire loop. I’ve rated the walking trail as a whole but this popped up as something I can rate too. The remodel is gorgeous. It’s so beautiful with all the upgrades, and the extra trail by the lake was a nice touch. Ideal spot for runners, walkers, family outings; any reason to get up and move is enough for me.
