Shipley Do-Nuts is always reliable for quality, delicious donuts, good selection and variety, and great customer service. I especially appreciate the staff at this location who are quite patient with my indecisive kids! And who can blame them, everything is so good that it’s hard to pick just one. We came in around 9 AM on a Saturday Pros: clean interior, including bathroom, quick service. Cons: the donuts.The cake donuts were heavy and tough. Breaking one open I saw holes in the dough instead of a smooth texture. The filled donut dough was definitely not the light, fluffy dough I expect at Shipley's. This store sets the standard as to what every donut shop and Shipleys should be. The food is absolutely delicious and the customer service is five stars. Everyone that works here is always carrying themselves with a smile. I know this Shipleys has family owned and the lady that runs it is so sweet.
