I love this new location, but today I experienced something kinda bad. I ordered my coffees with my app and went there to pick them up myself. It was in the morning so all the guys there were super busy with orders. I was standing there waiting for my cold form cascara nitro. I saw the lady starting a nitro coffee drink because I was standing right in front of the nitro coffee tap. Naturally I start to pay attention to see maybe it could be mine. She finished filling up the cup hen pour milk into the blander and got busy with other orders and forgot to start the forming porcesse. Meanwhile I waited. Then she got around and pour the milk straight into the coffee. Her coworker looked at the sticker on the cup and reminded her. She was obviously distracted which I totally understand. Well, she went back to trying to get other orders out and I was still waiting. I decided to look at the sticker on that "failed" cup of coffee and my name was on there. I then asked her if my coffee is ready. She asked for my name and right away got a new cup to start my coffee. I watched her pumped suger syrup into the cup then started at the nitro coffee tap. That's when I looked away for a mintues. When I turn back around. I saw two cups next to the blander. One was the old one the other one only has about inch of coffee in there. She finished with forming the milk and straight away poured them into the "failed" cup of coffee and handed to me. I was not in a hurry and if she just tell me to wait I will be more than ok to wait since they were obviously busy. I can't believe she instead trying to trick me. I left and went back and asked for a new one. I don't know if I am being whinny about this, but it is not a good feeling...
Read moreThe theme is inconsistent service. The baristas tend to be poorly trained, particularly inattentive to the details like securing the lids before handing over drinks or using the correct heat settings on the food. Thrice I have been given an order of iced drinks with the lids askew (one time all four lids in a single order were not engaged and spilled). I’ve had several incidents of even my hot drink lid buckling because they forgot to give me a double cup for my Americano. I do not love commuting with a leaky cup. Lately, food is going downhill because the baristas do not set the correct warming time, either too little and it’s still frozen inside or too long and my food is incinerated/dried out. Bonus: I discovered I had a cracked tooth with my still frozen Impossible sandwich from this location.
The Weekday AM shift is more consistent, but the weekend shift is genuinely terrible in customer service. The weekend drive-thru is unreliable, and this morning the employee won’t answer pull up for placing order. I sat there for 5 min waiting for someone to take my order. Wildly inconsistent service - I just drove thru and went to the Starbucks six blocks away with friendlier, attentive and...
Read moreI was in for coffee per usual and was shocked & disgusted at the way the manager treated an employee. As a professional myself, it was disheartening to see someone in a management position treat an employee with such disrespect. And in front of customers!! It was very demeaning & disturbing to watch. My heart goes out to that poor employee. One of the stores patrons seemed to be having an issue with his order, and in front of the entire store, the male manager yelled at this employee, a vicious tone was used and it was shocking. Regardless of who was at fault, he could have spoken with this employee in private, and in a respectful tone. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I don’t care to visit this location if that’s how the employees are treated. I’m writing this review in hopes that corporate or even the owner will read it! Customers wanted to be treated right, and we also want to be sure that we are patronizing an establishment that has good ethics, and morals, and just flat out treats...
