If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I booked a King bedroom and a double Queen bedroom. My king bedroom had no major issues whatsoever. Although my double queen room was infested with roaches. When I went into the bathroom and turned on the lights roaches were running around everywhere, which caused me to further inspect the room. There were dead roaches on the air vent on the carpets and live ones running around everywhere. I reported this to management after my younger siblings noticed the roaches and they said it would take over another hour to move in a room that was right next door. I declined and cancelled the remainder of my stay and I went to stay at another hotel. I provided pictures and videos to the staff on duty and was informed this would be provided to management. The staff on duty said they could not do anything to assist me but assured due to the horrific picture I showed her she was sure that her manager would reach out and rectify the situation. I called the following day was informed the manager didn’t come in that day. I called back today because I was informed the manager would be in today at 10 am I called at 2 pm spoke with a different staff member who informed me the manager was gone for the day. The front desk person name Vera said her manager Nicole only works 10-2pm and she was gone for the day, I asked why haven’t I received a call she said she was busy today. I proceeded to tell her my issue and said that someone should have already talked to me and I told her that’s the reason I’m calling cause no one has. She placed me on hold and said her manager can offer me 25%refund. There was no apology no direct conversation with management, no empathy for me having to find another hotel for my family last minute or anything. I declined Dh e offer and asked that she have her manager call me. The front desk representative Vera was very dismissive of my concern and had no empathy for the situation at hand. And now I’m writing this review and hopes that I can have the manager Nicole or any manager reach out to me to rectify the issue since no one wants to speak to me directly maybe this will help them understand my frustration if everyone can see how unprofessional and nasty these rooms are. I am very surprised that choice has this hotel listed with 4 start reviews for me to have had such a horrible stay

DO NOT STAY HERE. The late night clerk acts like a Drama Queen. He probably had a bad day before I came to check in my reservation. Upon arrival I was met by locked front doors. Not a big deal, called the phone number and the clerk answered the phone and came to open the door. I said to him, "Wow, I have never seen a Comfort Inn with the doors locked." He responded with a sharp, "now you have." Well ok, so then I asked, "Why?" He said, "There are a lot of drunk people out because of the rodeo" I then asked if the rodeo was still going on, and he admitted that the rodeo was gone. He was basically making up a story about drunk people. Anyway, after that unpleasant conversation with the clerk, I gave him my ID and card for incidentals, he asked if I had any other card beside my cashapp card, I responded that I did, but would rather not use them. So then I decided to tell him about the benefits to me using my cash app card, which he immediately threw up his hand and said "I don't need a lecture from you," it was in such bad taste. I told him, you know what I think I will call my third party that I booked through to cancel the reservation. This pissed him off so much, he ran as fast as he could to front door to unlock it to try and kick me out of the lobby. I then told him I would like to speak with the booking third party by phone first before I would leave, he got even more upset 😡 and called the police to say I was trespassing and that now he thought I was drunk, his theme of the night. After finally speaking to the third party, they needed to call to confirm that they could cancel the reservation, and he spoke to them on the phone about how he was waiting for police and that he was not authorized to cancel the reservation and that they would have to call back at 7am in the morning to speak to the manager. No big deal, he was just stalling so he could keep the money on top of me wanting to cancel my reservation there. A very basic tactic. So after all of that I left the hotel with the neighborhood security guard there, the police on their way, and a promise from the clerk that he was going to have me arrested for trespassing, all because I didn't like his attitude and decided that he was not worth my business. Do not stay here. Overall, I am sure that Comfort Inn will not like their brand associated with his lifestyle.

Bed bugs. This hotel, specifically room 309 has bed bugs. I was bitten several times and caught 2 of the bugs. I have pictures and video of the bugs. I was only in the room for 4 hours or less and checked out in the middle of the morning. I told the attendant (Gustavo) and a lady that was also on duty about the incident and he was extremely apologetic and stated that he was issuing a refund for the deposit. I took the bugs that I caught downstairs in the plastic cups that were in the room. I noticed the credit back on my card immediately but it was then taken back. He told me to contact the 3rd party that I booked with to get the room charge reversed. I emailed pictures of the bites on my face and neck as well as pictures of the bedbugs and a video. I was denied the claim 2 days later as the 3rd party stated the hotel said they checked the room and they didn’t find anything. THERE ARE BEDBUGS THERE. This is disrespectful when I had/have evidence. It’s unsanitary. So are they saying that I lied and brought the bugs and bites in myself? I am so stressed, anxiety through the roof, skin itching. It’s just all bad. I need to know that this hotel cares more about the comfortability and safety of its guests more than monetary value. I am disappointed and disgusted on how they are trying to play me. I called the hotel immediately after I received the denial email and asked for Gustavo. The rep that answered stated that he no longer worked there. 2 days later and he no longer works there? How convenient is that. Did they fire him because he initially did the right thing? There are bugs in your hotel. They bit me. I did not bring them in. I am not accepting the denial. I will be taking this to the top of the chain as well as reaching out to other outlets if this isn’t resolved in a respectful manner and the correct way. People please be cautious of this hotel.

Okay, where do I start. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.. it was night at the time that my mom and I checked into Comfort Inn Southwest FWY at Westpark, so with that being said we didn’t pay attention to the surrounding area immediately, we’ll get there soon. So we go to check in and as we’re walking in a group of laborers were checking in and seem to be having a back and forth debate with the clerk about a $50 holding fee that is apart of their policy “THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE CHARGING FOR” but nevertheless we go up and check in w the clerk after them and we go through the same process I assume but our question came in to what was the holding fee for the clerk tells us it’s to protect them from theft
 Okay that parts over we pay mom swiped her card I grab the bags from the car we head to the elevator to go to room 419, we get on the elevator which needed to be serviced long ago it acted like it didn’t want to go up, the door struggled to close, it creaked going up as if the lift was going to break mid elevate and all. So we get to the room and initially the room looked fine
 they do a great job at covering up nasty wounds
 because the sheets looked fine the bathroom wasn’t a wreck or anything the room actually looked okay but we proceed to put our bags down and mom pulls out her Clorox wipes to tidy up the few surfaces we’re gonna be touching right. So mom wipes the dressers, tables, counters, etc. and not even 1 minute after she does that instantly ATTACK OF THE ROACH CLAN!! she killed maybe two as we sit there and discuss “it’s not too bad we only need somewhere to lay for a night” but we take our bags and hang them up because we don’t want to bring roaches or any infestation back home with us
we go down and let the same clerk that we checked in with to let him know that we had been killing roaches and he tries to offer us another room, we decline and say no thank you we just wanted you all to know that it’s a roach issue in the room
 I go back downstairs for a smoke break and mom takes a shower, I go down for maybe about 20-30 minutes just to come back to mom still smacking roaches, “BIG ONES” so I say no mom come let’s go this is unacceptable, we’re their all of 1hr and half and she’s playing exterminator, I won’t allow it my mom doesn’t have to do that at home so she won’t be doing it in Houston
 so she changes back into her clothes and we pack back up to leave go downstairs to get our refund which this a different clerk has a little small attitude but we don’t care because we’re ready to go. As we leave out of the side door because they close their main doors from 10p-6a which I also should have paid more attention to, the reason they do this. We go to the car just to look across the street and realize that the local homeless people have built up an entire community in the maybe two hours that we had been there, because mind you we saw non of these thing initially, short wrap up of our mini vacation.. Comfort Inn Southwest Fwy Westpark ran us out of Houston and back to Dallas, we didn’t even get a chance to explore the city. “WE’LL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN AND OTHER PATRONS SHOULD BEWARE ALSO!!!” (horrible...

This was the absolute worst hotel experience ever. We have stayed at some very nice and well kept Comfort Inn locations and have not had any issues but my boyfriend and I are noticing a trend of the decline of cleanliness and comfort in this franchise specifically the Westpark location. This is a location we frequently stay at and after this stay we won’t be back.

Starting with arrival to the lobby the floors were dirty with different puddles of who knows what liquid. The elevator was extremely dirty with puddles, food, syrup etc. The room smelled of old lingering smoke & the curtains were so stained. The sink had a leak and we couldn’t brush our teeth, wash our face or hands without water pooling out from underneath. There was trashed piled in the elevator waiting areas on the 4th floor where our room was and the 2nd floor as well from what I seen. Not to mention my boyfriend had to go get extra towels for us and while waiting for service there was a guy on the 4th floor (same as us) stating he had roaches in his room and when he asked for corporate contact info he was told they had no corporate and to wait for the manager for any resolution. After leaving out Saturday (5/17) morning the elevator was still extremely filthy and when we came back they were still in the same condition I even took photos. I let the front desk office know politely mentioning they had been filthy all day and asked if they had a mop his words exactly were “no we don’t have a mop” I clarified by saying “there isn’t a mop in the entire facility” he said “no” i found that hard to believe given there were multiple wet floor signs out or propped against the wall. When we came back from being out the same night there was a sign on the filthy elevator saying it was “out of order” but it was still extremely filthy and I only know this because as me and my boyfriend waited for the elevator that one opened first. Today, Sunday (5/18) the breakfast area was trashed. One of the waffle makers had burnt waffle stuck to it, piles of half empty cups with waffle mix, the syrup containers were empty, and you could tell the areas was not frequently tended too compared to other hotel experiences. I tried my best peeling the burnt waffle off to make me a waffle and cleaning up the cups and after a gentlemen asked an employee to clean it and she used the same towel that she had wiped something else down with to clean it. Me and my boyfriend were extremely disgusted.

After leaving out Saturday (5/17) morning the elevator was still extremely filthy and when we came back they were still in the same condition I even took photos. I let the front desk office know politely mentioning they had been filthy all day and asked if they had a mop his words exactly were “no we don’t have a mop” I clarified by saying “there isn’t a mop in the entire facility” he said “no” i found that hard to believe given there were multiple wet floor signs out or propped against the wall. When we came back from being out the same night there was a sign on the filthy elevator saying it was “out of order” but it was still extremely filthy and I only know this because as me and my boyfriend waited for the elevator that one opened first. Today, Sunday (5/18) the breakfast area was trashed. One of the waffle makers had burnt waffle stuck to it, piles of half empty cups with waffle mix, the syrup containers were empty, and you could tell the areas was not frequently tended too compared to other hotel experiences. I tried my best peeling the burnt waffle off to make me a waffle and cleaning up the cups and after a gentlemen asked an employee to clean it and she used the same towel that she had wiped something else down with to clean it. Me and my boyfriend were extremely disgusted.
