I was beyond pleasantly surprised, and I had high hopes to begin with. Violette’s skill, customer care and knowledge were all exceptional. I’ve had many facials, of many varieties, for different skincare concerns. I used to have cystic and other forms of acne and still occasionally have flares. I decided to give Violette a try for my periodic professional cleanse and detox. I had the deep cleansing facial and my skin looked transformed immediately after and the next day. She did less extractions than I thought she would or expected but by not doing so she left minimal damage and redness and the other products and techniques she used worked sufficiently enough to clear most of what she did not remove through extraction.
