I've been coming here on and off for a few years usually when I'm desperate to get a quick color. But my most recent visit has shown me that the quality has drastically dropped since I was there last. Before despite service and the very inexperienced staff, I could accept doing a root touch up for $60 or so. You get what you pay for. But now it's $90 which is close to getting it professionally done by experienced person. It really isn't worth it anymore. During my last visit- they insisted I needed to get all over color. (And maybe that was needed since I haven't dyed my hair in a while). But during the application they managed to get color in my eye and inside my ear! They said oops and offered some tissue. While doing the all over color they combed through my hair and yanked the comb through my hair. It was very painful and I couldn't help but wince while my hair was being pulled. It was the most PAINFUL hair dying experience I've ever had. Like others mentioned even after my hair was rinsed I found tons of dye patches on my face, neck and INSIDE my ears. It's really not worth it anymore. Avoid this place and just pay for a proper professional...

I get my haircut from Erica and she does amazing job everytime I go to see her. She has her own room that you can watch any netflix show while you are getting a haircut and she offers you beverage of choice for your comfort. My haircut turns out to be what I really wanted exactly everytime and my hair maintains its shape while growing out. She uses good products on your hair and makes it shiny and smoothe. I color my hair often and it gets dried pretty bad but whenever she touches my hair, it transforms to totally different hair. She recommends her arrangement of hair products but never forces you or make you feel uncomfortable for not buying it.
