Recently I had an online purchase in which I was not very happy with because the item came damaged and I wasn’t notified about it. They typically tell you if an item is damaged or have a place in front of the store where they are transparent about the damages to items and will have them marked down. But in this case I did not have time to shop in person as I typically do because I’ve been very busy with work these days so I entrusted the employees to do the quality assurance shopping aspect for me. But it wasn’t until I got home and opened the shopping back that I saw the damage to one of the items I ordered. But upon notifying the store about this damage, Sung personally reached out to me to discuss this matter. He was able to clear up some misconceptions I had with the whole online ordering and quality inspection process as well as their policy for damaged items. I really appreciated him doing that for me and it really turned my experience around because at first I was feeling very disappointed with the experience since I’ve been shopping there for my KPop goods for the past few years and have never had an issue with damaged goods. I’ve always had a good experience shopping there and talking with the employees from time to time. So I once again really appreciate Sung for reaching out to me and personally trying to make this a better experience for me as I’ve always had in the past. I would highly suggest anyone in the area, native, local, or visiting to take a trip to the shop. I would also highly suggest to not hesitate to reach out to them with any questions or concerns that you have because they are a family owned and family oriented shop that really work hard to extend that feeling to their customers. I really appreciate all that they do and cheer them on to keep up...
Read moreI don't understand why people are saying everything is overpriced. If you account for her as a small local business and how much money she is saving us in having to ship stuff from Korea on our own (which is $30) its a bargain! If you want to be a cheapo and wait a whole month or possibly get a damaged package, album, or accessory from an online mega retailer then be our guess. Don't dis this store just because you don't have the money to buy the things you want. She pays a ton in bulk shipping just so we can have the albums and other items as soon as possible and she's a small local business. Ya'll are paying more in shipping fees from other online sites than you want to lead yourself to believe. I'm not going to wait a second to get what I want if I know Eve Pink has it, because I can enjoy it that same day instead of having anxiety over waiting for something everyone already has. Eve Pink II is a great establishment and I'm excited for their second store opening! Keep doing what ya'll are doing!...
Read moreI've been to a lot of K-Pop stores in my day, and this one has to be the best. With an incredible selection of both official and non official merch with reasonable prices, you really don't need to look anywhere else for your K-Pop needs. Leah and Sung (owner and her brother) are the sweetest people who will go out of their way to make your experience as awesome as possible. Sung works at the Bellaire location, and while I was browsing he was being extremely attentive and helpful to everyone looking around; including myself! When I mentioned thinking about buying an album, he chimed in letting me know that the albums they currently had in stock had special benefits! That sold me on it, and I walked out happily with my new Monsta X album.
The only downside? It's a little cramped. But that definitely didn't put a damper on anyone's experience at all. Great store run by...
