I've definitely been to many pawn shops around the area but always end up going back to this location because they're always so knowledgeable with everything they do and especially their costumer service and communication skill. Employees are always so polite and honest about their prices. I highly recommend all my local colleagues to this location. Español: ¡La mejor casa de empeño en el lado norte de la zona de Houston sin duda! La administración es el personal más amable y servicial con el que he tenido que tratar. Definitivamente he ido a muchas casas de empeño en la zona, pero siempre termino volviendo a este lugar porque siempre están muy informados con todo lo que hacen y, especialmente, con su servicio al cliente y sus habilidades de comunicación. I was looking for an anniversary gift for myself because I always pick My Jewelry lol .. I came across easy Pawn on 7000 North Freeway on Offer up .. I spoke to a guy named Edgar ..I was amazed how quickly he got back in touch with me .. That usually don’t happen.. so he held the ring for me and I went this morning and I bought it. I fell in love with it. Thank you so much for helping me in my situation. I love my ring. I definitely recommend this store …. They are so friendly the two girls behind the counter also .. they are awesome !!! thank you so much for my gift which was a cleaner, I appreciate everything. . Have a great day Ruby Garcia. ….....

Thank you, Hilda and the rest of the amazing team that works in this store, for helping my son get his 1st laptop. I know it wasn’t easy, but you made it happen. We had lot of questions and we was trying to find something affordable but with some specifications. Hilda asnwered all our questions and provided an outstanding customer services. I had been here few times but today was epic. What a great deal....

Hilda showed great customer service. I was in a tight bind and needed emergency cash and at that point really didn't have any other option besides to pawn a few items. The items that I had didn't have a lot of value but Hilda understood my urgency and worked with me as best as she could to get me close to what I needed. I would highly recommend this store and give Hilda a 5 star rating for great...
