I am an Uber Eats delivery driver. I haven't really had any major issues with this location other than the occasional long wait time or less than enthusiastic employee. Understandable as everywhere is shorthanded right now and everyone has bad days here and there. The experience I had last night; however, was a bit extreme.
I arrived at the drive-thru speaker at approximately 2:10am. After several minutes of waiting without being greeted, I asked, "Hello? Hello, are ya'll still open?" I received no response. By this time three cars either ahead of or behind me had driven off, I assume they had given up having waited there for such a long time. There were three other cars that did decide to wait at the window. I drove up behind them to wait patiently for my turn to speak to the cashier, thinking maybe the restaurant was having some sort of technical issues. I waited another 15 minutes in line before finally reaching the window. The window opened and the female employee there just stared at me not saying a word. I politely said, "Hi" and told her that I just had two Uber Eats orders to pick up, and gave her their names. She closed the window and I waited 5 more minutes for the orders to be completed by her and whoever else was in the kitchen. Upon receiving the orders (one large shake first and then two bags) I reached for the shake with two hands so it wouldn't fall to the ground. I turned to place it in my cupholder. Before I could even turn back to reach for the bags, the employee was THROWING them at me into my open car window. I looked at her in shock and puzzled and all I could say was, "Thank you?" She slammed the window shut and proceeded to curse at and threaten me through the glass. Something like "...you better get out of my drive-thru before I punch you in your [expletive] mouth..." Confused as to what had just happened, I drove off trying to figure out what I could possibly have said or done during the extremely brief encounter to be treated with such utter disrespect. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a simple breakfast Jack sandwich at the speaker and the lady just went silent as I pulled forward the car in front of me changed their entire order and they didnāt park her she sat in the drive through for 15 minutes as soon as she drove off and I pulled up the server Yesica asked me what was my order I told her breakfast jack and she looked at me crazy she caught an attitude and said that she didnāt have an order for me she put in the order and told me to park I asked her what took so long with the first order she said the customer changed their order but they still didnāt park her so at this point Iām highly upset. I parked I wanted to refund my money but I waited the three cars behind me had already got their food. So the manager finally came out with my order I explained to her my frustration she sided with Yesica and she had an even bigger attitude she acted as if she was the owner I stated to her that I was displeased and that I would be taking the survey she then shrugged her shoulders and said I donāt care you can do whatever you want. Terrible service like this is the reason I will never go to another Jack In The Box again I hope the CEO reads this and changes the mentality of consistently bad service because this is not the first case with myself Iāve seen other customers at times going through the same thing if I was a secret shopper with the company these two ladies would have been fired immediately the service was...

I politely asked for my order and before the person speaking could respond I added that I would really like some taco sauce and ranch additionally. After my order more than likely 4 cars in front. ( 1 am not trippin ) Get to the window hand them the cash ( a few cent from the dollar ) when this lady handed me my food and I inquired about the āadd-onsā taco sauce and ranch mind you she proceeded to tell me she only had one free arm and hand and repeats back to me the order thatās in the bag.Hands me my food and then complains loudly to her co-worker about how every time I come I do the same thing, Probably because they forget to add it even when I insist to pay but whatever.
