If I could give this place 1 star I definitely would, I was referred here by the VA for an open MRI and they rescheduled me because they thought I needed a MRI with contrast. After taking care of that with scheduling I thought, I get to my appointment, have to sit there an extra hour just for them to call the VA and verify with the doctor that they didn’t need the contrast because the scheduling person put no notes in when my appointment was made that it wasn’t needed! Why they didn’t verify or ask me I really don’t know! When I finally get back to where they are supposedly doing my “Open MRI” the technician tells me that it wasn’t that type of machine and no one sent a prescription to relax me

I have been calling since last Wednesday when the man in your office told me he emailed the REPORT TO THE DRS OFFICE WITH THE EMAIL I GAVE HIM WHILE I WAITED ON THE PHONE WITH HIM. I NEED THE REPORT EMAILED AND MAIL A HARD COPY TO ME AS WELL. THE ADDRESS IN HOUSTON ON MY FILE IS THE CORRECT ADDRESS. I CAN NO LONGER ACCESS THE PATIENT PORTAL FOR MY REPORTS BECAUSE IT SAYS ITS DOWN RIGHT now.
I can't access them online so I need a supervisor to assist immediately as the doctor told me he didn't get the report and is not taking me on as a patient due to that. I need names so I can file a grievance with my insurance. There have been way too many clerical and internal office errors for me to handle.
As a disabled person for fifteen years ive never seen soany people drop the ball and not be accountable for errors.
Those errors have an adverse affect on me and my health has suffered due to all the pain and suffering.
I have emails from the Dr saying they didn't get the MRI report so someone is lying.
Is it your office or the doctor office? Maybe both? I have no idea and it's not my job to play detective, all I know is I'm not getting the pain relief I need due to errors made by discriminating staff.

Simon commented on my post that someone from management would be getting in touch with me. However I never heard a word from anyone and it has been over a month. Don’t let their comments fool you into thinking they’re addressing these issues, because it’s clear they do not care.
Had a CT scan scheduled for 10am, so I promptly arrived at 9:30am per their request to fill out paperwork prior to the procedure. Checked in and was not asked to fill out any paperwork. 40 minutes go by after the time I arrived and I went to the counter and was finally told they were waiting on my insurance to get back to them. Another 10 minutes go by and I was asked to come to the counter to pay because my insurance had gotten back to them. I was informed I was going to be helped right away after paying. However another 20 minutes go by and I was still not taken in for the exam. By that time I was already late for work (I had taken a break expecting they were going to be on time and the whole procedure wouldn’t have take longer than 40 minutes) so I walked to the front desk and requested a refund and left. I have no complaints about the clerk at the front desk, she was very polite and cordial. However, SimonMed completely disappointed me. I followed the procedure they recommended and arrived 30 minutes early as they requested. Still, 1 hour and 12 minutes waiting to get my procedure done and no luck.
