Visiting Houston on business, searched for grocery store near our hotel... Surprised to see H Mart nearby. Rushed over to H Mart after 9pm to buy some forgotten veggies, and found a mini China Town shopping center. Most of the many Chinese stores were closed at such a late hour on a weekday, and the whole place had a ghetto vibe.... thus my low rating. The parking lot entrance was odd, with the entry drive abruptly ending in a grassy/brick-paved area with a broken-down looking cop car parked in the middle and a weird portable light pole flashing blue and red emergency lights. This shopping mall is often mistaken to be called Hmart Plaza, because of the anchor store Hmart Supermarket.

There are lots of restaurants at Sterling Plaza. From the newest popular Arco Seafood Restaurant and Chengdu Taste to tenured restaurants like Jang Guem Tofu & BBQ House and Chinese Kitchen. There are also shops not related to food, such as Kim Chung Jewelry to Jade House.
