So yesterday I made an appointment for 1:45pm I didn’t get seen until about 2:05-2:10 I asked how much longer wasn’t able to wait so I politely apologized and let them know I had to leave. I came back the next day made another appointment for 2:15 I was seen on time was happy about that I came in very friendly the man that did my nails in the first chair was not very friendly and got upset when the color wasn’t correct but in my reference photo that is not the right shade being used mine was cream colored and he put a light pink on me ….he got stuff all over my fingers didn’t care I had to ask him to get the acrylic off my skin …didn’t lotion after no type of friendly customer service very disappointed…..also when I use to come here I always had a certain nail tech I asked if she was here still and he literally ignored me. I was very friendly the entire time said thank you please called him sir my nails look great but they are very thin so I’m concerned about the durability. Really would have been nice to be treated friendly I don’t know if he thought I wasn’t gonna tip but after all that I still have him 20 dollars just to prove a point about maybe lead with kindness and treat EVERYBODY the same because he perked right up when he had the next customer in the chair meanwhile I was washing my hands and when I came back there was someone in the chair couldn’t even grab my things. And ALSO HE DROPPED AN INSTRUMENT ON THE FLOOR AND PROCEEDED TO USE IT. WILL NOT BE RETURNING VERY...

Today May 31st at 11am. I walked in to get my eyebrows waxed. A younger Chinese lady proceeded to wax them. After she hands me the mirror.. To my UNHAPPY surprise she HAD WAXED MY NATURALLY THICK eyebrows EXTREMELY TO THIN. I tried to stay positive and guide her on where to make a few adjustments. As she was doing the adjustment she had an attitude and started rushing. I get up and started looking in the larger mirror as she walks out. After a few seconds I walk out and pay them their 6$. So I get in my car & look in my mirror trying to make myself like them. If I'm paying for their service in which this was me getting my eyebrows waxed, I don't want to have to go back and fix them or do this or that to make them look better. I called their number a lady answers in the middle of my sentence she HANGS UP THE PHONE IN MY FACE. Oh my goodness this is so UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. I know this was definitely ON PURPOSE because I called them right back twice after, the phone just rang. The third time they picked up & just left the sitting on the counter.. literally. So I called back it has been an hour & their phone is still busy. How can you treat your customers this way. When I, We are the ones paying you and giving you business. Don't worry though. I will be speaking to one of the managers by the end of this day. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND anyone to pay or give your hard earned money to be treated...

Everything was fine up until it came to my nail color choice. Before I got started with them, I showed a picture of what I wanted and the nail tech nail she could do it. I wanted a light brown beige, with a chrome brown as a tip. the nail tech told me they didn’t have the beige brown color, cool. I chose another option closest to what I wanted, when she put it on me it wasn’t the same color I picked on the color wheel. I chose a different color and same thing, the color didn’t match what I had picked. I chose two more different colors again and they both did not match the color I had chose. Then when I expressed once more in frustration that the colors weren’t the same as they’re displayed on the color wheel, she said that they were all going to look off and not the same as the display. So I settled for a color I didn’t want because she got an attitude with me after I told her I wanted to speak to a manager replying, “you can speak to me, I speak English” I personally did not have a good experience. I’m extremely disappointed to have spent $70 for the service I received and to not get what I had anticipated. They’re good for an actual pedicure experience but don’t expect for your color to be what...

I went on yesterday after I got off of work. I noticed that the place had been remodeled so it kind of took me for loop for a minute. I was able to located the ladies who had done my nails in times past. Due to they also added more technicians than on my last visit. I believe I have visited a least twice before. This time the owner did my nails I like our visit because she did try to talk to me and made an effort to get to know me personally. She did make me feel comfortable in her business by doing that. During the service she did pay well attention to detail and what she was doing. It was pretty crowded I guess because of Mother's Day so the service seemed a bit slow. However, I was able to mix and mingle with other customers inside and I felt pretty comfortable in there. So yes I would go back again .Their prices are affordable to which is a plus. I hope the owner has great success. Go check them out if you can. She does do a nice job. I didn't know I would like the color white on my feet as much as I do but now I know.

I had my nasty acrylic removed easily and replaced with dip powder. The gentleman who did my nails was quick, efficient and kind. He drilled a little hard so gotta watch on that but he shaped beautifully. Normally techs don’t understand what a slight coffin is, or say my nails are too short, bc I don’t like LONG and extreme shapes. But he “nailed” it perfectly ;) $35 for dip. They try to ding you $5 for shape which is a little ridiculous if you ask me, esp when they don’t let you know that in the beginning. But either way I was happy. I also got my brows waxed for $7 and she did a fantastic job!!! P.s. i returned 3 weeks later for dip removal and new set. BEAUTIFUL! Even better than the blue!!! And the shape was perfection! Thank you!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD!!!! I went to this nail shop to get coffin shaped nails…. When I first walked in the atmosphere was weird they were rudely and oddly starring and gave me prejudice and racial vibes! The lady persist to do my nails with an attitude as if she didn’t want to do them and but had to because it’s their job. She wasn’t shaping them properly she just glued them on and slapped the acrylic on them. After telling that they weren’t shaped properly she persist to take them off harshly and cut my nail so far down that she cut into my skin!!! She tried making me pay full service however after she took them off I just left … I would not advice you to go here. Below is a picture of my nails!!
