Read moreI don’t know about you, but I’m a big fan of massages — and I really enjoy these automated massage chairs.
There are four automated massage chairs positioned in pairs (back-to-back) right in front of Macy’s for women, offering quick relief for mall-goers. However, if you’re a serious massage enthusiast, this setup may fall short.
💳 Pricing & Access • Starts at $2 cash for 5 minutes. • Once activated, you can extend your session using a card or Apple Pay, with these options: • $5.50 for 15 minutes • $7.50 for 21 minutes • $10.50 for 30 minutes • $15.50 for 45 minutes
✅ Pros: • Focuses on the erector spinae muscles along the spine using rolling effleurage balls beneath the leather covering. • Includes a vibration feature (although it may cause your head to shake noticeably).
❌ Cons: No control panel or remote to adjust intensity, zones, or massage modes — a standard feature in higher-end models, like those found at the Galleria Mall (5085 Westheimer Rd, Houston, TX). Calf section is non-functional, despite having dedicated leg inserts. Limited muscle coverage — key areas like the shoulders, arms, glutes, and calves are not addressed. No option for foot massage, as the chairs lack pads or components to target foot muscles.
🧾 Conclusion:
If your lower back is sore from walking, this chair might provide brief relief. But if you’re seeking a full-body massage or any customization, this machine is quite basic and not worth the premium...
Read moreThis rating is strictly for the STARBUCKS - they are so understaffed on weekends and the customer service is just non existent. During my visit, I ordered several drinks all of which had the same add-ons but the cashier huffed and puffed about " OMG and another one??" Whatever that meant. Waited almost 20 minutes, which isn't as bad as 3 customers who was there before me and hasn't gotten their drinks. Barista Maria had an awful attitude with the customers as they asked her about their orders and kept mispronounced my name... I'm like ma'am my name is Gloria and she just brushed it off saying "ok girl whatever your name is!!!" I told both ladies behind the counter I was going to give them an awful review, they both shrugged their shoulders, laughed, and said they didn't care. The point is folks - if you work in a customer service environment BE PREPARED TO DO YOUR JOB AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Especially if you trying to...
