When it comes to this shopping center, there are three standout locations that truly bring it to life: Planet Fitness, the 99 Cent Store, and Country Scramble Cafe 2. Over the years, I've seen numerous stores come and go, their presence fading away with time. Unfortunately, the majority of the other stores in this shopping center struggle to attract customers, with minimal to nonexistent foot traffic. However, there is one store that stands out from the rest, and that is Planet Fitness.

Before Planet Fitness first moved to this shopping center, it was a rather lackluster place. I would pass by and hardly see any customers, giving the impression of a desolate and uninspiring environment. However, everything changed when Planet Fitness set up shop here. Since its arrival, the shopping center has experienced a remarkable transformation. The once-dull space has become a hub of activity and energy, with Planet Fitness drawing in a significant number of customers.

The only place I've actually really been to in this shopping center is Chuck E Cheese. We actually threw my oldest sons 3rd birthday party here, and everything turned out GREAT! We've been back to this location many times since my son turned 3, he's now 5 years old. I don't have anything bad to say about this Chuck E Cheese. Even the employees are great! I only gave it 3 stars because I haven't been to any other store or restaurant in this shopping center so I can't really rate...

This area was alive and kicking 30+ years ago with Pancho's Mexican Buffet, a movie theater, and eventually, an HEB and a PetCo. Now, it seems like there's more spaces for rent than actual stores operating in the area. We don't like coming to this area anymore; it doesn't seem the safest. In fact, there was a person shot and killed in the adjacent parking lot not but a few months ago. If it wasn't for Supercuts being in Deerbrook Crossing, we would probably never...
