Back story, I went and purchased some items for our high school concessions for games and noticed the employee rang up my items incorrectly and I was overcharged. The manager comes and grabs my receipt and while Iām trying to explain she says ā wait I need to check the barcodeā. She then said it matched but turns behind me and walks away and says ālet me check the camerasā I guess again insinuating I was stealing in someway. Funny thing is when she came back still with an ugly smirk on her face she processed to say āoh yes you did purchase those items and a couple of other itemsā. At that point I looked at her with pure annoyance and felt disrespected and letās just say I will not stoop down to the ignorant behavior of a person who has that manager position and still treats customers like crap. She proceeded to stand next to her employee while he returned my money standing somewhat of a taunting way and in no way apologized. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'd like to give more stars but this is the third time I've bought pasta that had live and dead bugs in it.....and unfortunately I didn't realize it right away the first time so I had to toss out all the dried beans, rice and pasta that I had stored with the Gordon's buggy pasta (That cost me $60 plus time and effort to clean and sanitize everything cabinet). Frozen vegetables are hit and miss I find a lot of freezer burn on the bags of mixed frozen vegetables. There is a good variety canned goods. I regularly buy spices and seasonings, butter, ham, cheeses, frozen fish. I usually get potatos, onions, lemons but always look the produce over sometime it's on the edge of going bad if it's not used right away. On the plus side I can't live without the neutral floor cleaner. It's amazing at de-greasing my range hood, kitchen floor and turkey fryer cleans it all leaves a slight citrus fresh scent. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just visited your store for the first time today and had an overall enjoyable experience. However, I encountered a significant issue upon returning home to prepare dinner. The salmon I purchased was unfortunately not fresh.
I immediately called the store and spoke with Jackie, who I understand is a manager. I explained the situation and inquired about exchanging the salmon. I also asked if there was a fresh pack available, as I needed the salmon that evening for cooking. Jackie kindly checked and confirmed that a fresh pack was available, instructing me to bring the salmon and receipt for an exchange.
I promptly returned to the store, only to be informed (by Jackie) that I also needed to bring the card I used for the purchase. This information was not communicated to me during my phone call, which caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience.
I am quite disappointed with the lack of clear communication and the respect for customersā time. I hope this feedback can help improve your customer service practices...
