i’ve been going to bella nails for over a year now and here are my thoughts: the quality of your nails depends on which nail artist you get pedicures are always good acrylics are iffy the salon is clean and very aesthetically pleasing none of the staff are very talkative and cannot hold a conversation acrylic nails are overpriced for the quality you receive Less than two weeks ago i went to get my nails done with two friends (we didn’t make appointments but they got us in a reasonable amount of time) I spent $75-$80 including tip on the nails below. they were very pretty the first day i got them but the next day i already was noticing polish peeling and my nail broke off. (i’m guessing it broke off because the nails were too thin, i am not rough on them as i know how to live with long nails) i went to go get it fixed the next day and the lady that did my nail was in such a rush. the nail came out lumpy, wasn’t shaped properly, and there was black streaks on it. by the next week 3 more nails broke off the same way, and today two more broke off. i ended up just taking them all off and buying some cheep press on nails that arguably look way better than anything they could do there. i’ve had multiple bad experiences here: nails all different lengths simple nail art looking terrible (flowers made out of dots, bad french tips) misunderstandings on what polish i wanted bad shaping painful lumpy acrylic the one good thing i can say about my nails is that Lily & her partner always do a good job, it can just be difficult to get an appointment with her. (first two were recent - 3rd was the misunderstanding - last was done by...
Read moreWhere to even begin… First of let me just say this is by far the absolute BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to! I had to reschedule my appointment to a later time and they were very understanding and accommodated my request. I came in to get a gel pedicure and full acrylic set with quite the complicated design in mind as they are for my graduation nails. Tony was super quick and efficient with my pedicure and Tina went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my nails. Despite it being after closing she took her time to meticulously craft and put in the effort to each small detail of my nail. I suggested several times that she could simplify or not do the designs as pictured as it was late and each time she insisted that she would give me exactly what I wanted for each nail. She took almost 3 hours of her time to provide me the best nails I’ve ever received in my life! The customer service is superb, all of the staff were so friendly with their clients, and they will spare no expense to give you exactly what you want ! Tina is incredibly gifted and amazing at what she does, if you love extra, super colorful, DETAILED nails you need to see her! She will give you exactly what you want if not even better than what you ask for! Tony, her loving husband, took the time after my nails were done to help me take pictures with the good lighting and poses as well! I could go on and on raving about how amazing this place is but you definitely need to go see for yourself ! So satisfied and IN LOVE with my nails. Thank you Tina and Tony for such a lovely experience!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 P.S. they stayed an hour and a half AFTER closing just to make sure I was a satisfied...
Read moreI went here 7/27/24. This was my 3rd time and I've had good experience in the past until recently. I did not like how the situation was handled. I go in for just a regular gel pedicure and the “technician” had cut my skin which led me to bleed. She claimed she was trying to “trim my ingrown toenail”. Please keep in mind, nail techs are NOT PODIATRIST or healthcare professionals. They should not be doing any trimming that deep or diagnosing me with an ingrown toenail. Even if i did have an ingrown toenail that is not their job to treat or trim, hence thats why she cut me and i was bleeding. I tried to stay calm and not say anything because im not that kind of person. But it kept bothering me and I was very frustrated because now i have to watch out for an infection on my toe, and it’s very UNSANITARY and unfortunate. I brought this attention to the lady, im not sure if she’s the manager, she heard me out and gave me a $5 coupon for my next visit? I asked her if they could just discount my service there and she claimed that they couldn’t take money off because of the way the system is??? But the salon can up charge you for everything else you want on your nails. They can upcharge you for gel, removing polish, but they cant take money off?? Also why would anyone want $5 off for having their toe bleeding from unsanitary tools and unprofessional practices. And why would i go back after just having that experience and the way they handled everything? This was my experience, take it...
