Pinot's Palette — Attraction in Huntington Beach

We came here several months back and we were really impressed with the bar and how friendly the staff was. Unfortunately the artist we had that night was having an off night and we had fun but there were a couple of things that could have been better. I filled out the survey never expecting to hear back and I was shocked when the owner David reached out to us to say that he wants every single customer to leave having had a great time and he would like us to come back in to try it one more time to and to give him the chance to show us what they're all about. I have to say that it REALLY IMPRESSED me that he was so concerned that we were happy.

On our second visit we showed up and just like last time everything had been prepared in advance with our names at our easels and the bar was running a happy hour. They had great wine options and even added some creative mocktails on the menu.

Our artist Roland was super friendly and great at explaining how to paint our Halloween themed Starry Night painting. This was only my second time painting and he made it easy to follow and embraced everyone's own style. David even stopped in after picking up his son from Basketball practice to check in to make sure we were enjoying the class. We left having had a great time and we love our paintings.

Not only will you have a great time but you'll have a decent bar selection with friendly staff and even if you're not an experienced artist you will leave with a cool painting. David went above and beyond and this kind of customer service is so rare that we're telling everyone to go here and you should too. Let him know that...

Pinot's Palette in HB is my home away from home. I have had the pleasure of enjoying their classes about a half a dozen times. Every one of their artists/bartenders is friendly and genuine. It's very obvious that they all love their craft. The owner, Dave, is so personal and remembers his repeat patrons and greets everyone with a warm welcome. I love that they have a great collection of art to paint. And the artists admire and respect when you decide to make your canvas more personal. They also have a great location for a date night. They are located in the Bella Terra mall where you are surrounded by a variety of food offerings for you to enjoy before getting poured a glass or two of one of their wine or beer offerings. Plus, they play an amazing soundtrack of Pandora music while you're painting (something that can really get you in the spirit.) They also offer valet validation (which is especially convenient when you're carrying the canvas that you're proud of out to your car.)
