The Barrel Room — Attraction in Huntington Beach

We recently hosted our Summer Kickoff event in the private Barrel Room at 4 Sons Brewing, and it was absolutely perfect! From planning a couple of months ago to the final execution, everything went smoothly and exceeded expectations.

The Barrel Room had the perfect vibe for our casual young professionals event. It came fully equipped with everything we needed—flexible seating, a check-in table, private restrooms, a dedicated entrance, and even a fun water tap. While we didn’t use the private bar inside the room, we loved that our guests could walk next door to the main taproom to order drinks using the tickets provided to us by 4 Sons. So easy and seamless!

Duke and his amazing family (yes—the "4 Sons" are real!) were the kindest and most accommodating hosts. We ordered a variety of food, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was served at just the right pace. They checked in throughout the event, brought out fresh trays when food ran low, and made sure nothing sat out too long. The food was delicious, and the drinks were a hit—there was something for everyone with their wide selection of beers, seltzers, wine, and even root beer on tap.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space, the service, the food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere all made this event one to remember. Thank you, Duke and family, for helping us kick off summer in the best way possible—we can't wait to host with...

This was a great space to use for our wedding reception party. It was incredibly cheap to rent out, and then from there we just had to open a tab to pay for the alcohol. It's large with ample table space. There is a private bar with limited beer/seltzer/wine selection, but when we opened a tab for the party, guests could also order from the main bar. We got food catered from a local BBQ place for the event. There is no kitchen so food has to be pre-arranged.

We were only able to enter the space and begin decorating 30 minutes before our event, because there was an event right before us. This made decorating a bit stressful! Also, this space is called the barrel room, and when we entered to begin decorating, the stacks of barrels along the wall had been removed! Which was disappointing as I was looking forward to this being a part of the aesthetic for the space. We had just been to the brewery 3 weeks prior and the barrels were present. Instead, you could see large brewing equipment. It's fine, but I would have preferred the barrels.

Overall, this was a great local space to hold our reception and I would definitely recommend the Four Sons Barrel Room to others. Four Sons is a local, family run business and they were communicative and helpful in booking and...

The Barrel Room was the perfect place to host our son’s first birthday party!

Duke, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He took the time to respond to my inquiry even while away on vacation.

The day of the party things went off without a hitch. Duke allowed us to show up a little early to set up, and even helped us unload the truck.

When we arrived, the room and restrooms were very clean. The music speaker volume was set perfectly. The Barrel Room had taps. We had a good sized party, so he hung around to serve our guests drinks for the first couple of hours.

Some of the food we brought in, and the rest was ordered from their in-house catering. They did a fabulous job. Just about everyone raved over the cheese curds! If you’re familiar with their drinks then you already know their beer and seltzer are top notch.

I cant tell you how many times I heard “This is such a fun spot! We’ll be back!”
