My last experience going there was three to 4 days and there was a guy who was very rude and the department of electronics. My Beat earphones got ruined so they gave me a replacement code and they asked me to go and choose their phones I wanted to I didn't get the name of the guy who was trying to help me but he was very rude and was trying to make a cell even though they did not have the earphones that I wanted he wanted to place an order for me since he said that if I didn't use my credit within 24 hours that I was going to lose it. I was very disappointed and I told them how is that possible is they don't even have it in stock obviously he was just trying to make a sell and get Commission since I was going to buy the warranty again. People like him make the chain look bad he is about 5'5 light warm color and has a beard I was going to report him but I feel bad for people like him because I know they need the job at the same time they need to learn their place. Either way at the end of the day I went backward they fix the earphones and I told him what was going on and he told me to not worry as long as I have my receipt that I could always come back and get the earphones I want or check out another store but unfortunately there are low on power...

I purchased a treadmill from Curacao a few months ago with their 2-year store warranty, thinking I was protected in case something went wrong. The treadmill quickly became defective â the handles became loose and no longer lock in place, even after tightening. Itâs unsafe and unusable.
When I returned to the store, customer service told me to contact the manufacturer, who then said they couldnât help me because I didnât buy it directly from them. I was sent in circles â between Curacao, the warranty provider, and the manufacturer â with zero real help.
After weeks of back and forth, Curacao still refused to honor their own store warranty, even though both the warranty company AND the manufacturer confirmed that Curacao is the one responsible for handling the issue.
Iâve done everything they asked: I submitted video proof, I opened a case, and Iâve visited the store multiple times. Still, no refund, no exchange â just more delays and passing the blame.
Customer service is unhelpful, and this experience has been exhausting. If you're considering buying from Curacao or trusting their warranty, donât. You're better off going somewhere that actually stands behind...

Extremely poor phone customer service Lie to get your money, they will tell you the product will be in on this day, then that day, then the next âŠ. And so on till you give up! They want you to rate them and write nice stuff about them right after your purchase. Thatâs the only reason they have a good rating, everyone gives up and forgets to change it. Lies, lies , lies, If you canât handle pre orders STOP TELLING PEOPLE YOU CAN.
The customer service over the phone is an absolute nightmare, the number listed for this location doesnât even connect you to the actual location. Instead you get to talk to some one in a different state, that has no access or knowledge about what youâre asking. When you ask their âcustomer service helpers â to call this actual location⊠NOBODY answers the phone. I tried multiple times during different times of the day, thereâs no excuse for the people at the store to not answer a call coming from their own customer service. At the store the workers are pushy, yet have no real knowledge about product availability, they just want your money then give you the run around when you ask what the status is...
