Better Business Bureau of North Alabama — Attraction in Huntsville

I'm baffled by my experience with this BBB. I submitted a complaint about by condominium association and the resolution counselor responded that it was a duplicate complaint. I've made previous complaints about the association, but they were all about separate issues. When I pointed this out the counselor acknowledged that the complaints were different but said they were all about bad management and there were mentions of bylaws in multiple complaints. They said they could not accept a second complaint regarding the same company. They also went back and closed previous complaints as invalid/duplicate that had all been completely processed at the time they were made. It seems strange that the previous complaints were not marked duplicate at the time, but all of a sudden they are duplicate. There does not seem to be any objective criteria or process for determining this if a resolution counselor is going back months to change what was previously processed. As a business owner, Pat and Belinda were always there to answer any questions. They helped me identify all the applicable categories and areas served for my business.
