I came here with family to get a nice sweet treat. And Crispy Cones did not disappoint. The current price is eight dollars for a crispy cone. You choose what powder the cone is coated in as well as what sauce you want on the inside of the cone. You then choose what ice cream you want and they do have seasonal flavors. Then you choose from a list of toppings and then a sauce to be drizzled on top. It sounds like a lot and trust me it is. But it is so good. I particularly like biting into the Nutella filled cone with the ice cream. You may want to split one with a spouse or a date. But if youâre feeling a little peckish, one will definitely solved that problem. My little guy absolutely loved their ice cream. The cones do make a little bit of a mess, so I recommend putting the cone on napkins first while eating. Very fun place to try and I hope they stick around. I recommend...

I have had chimney cakes before when they are hot and fresh, and I suspect if that were the case the cone I had might have been a bit better. The one I had was dry and tough. Also, with the amount of toppings on the cones, it would probably have put me in sugar shock. I chose to have a stripped back version with fewer toppings which then left me with a whole lot of soft serve and dry pastry.
If you have a massive sweet tooth I suspect that you will enjoy this experience, as for myself, I will pass.
I do think it would be good to offer smaller sizes of ice cream or just even a small cup of soft serve for people with smaller appetites.
The people at the store were helpful and friendly at least and willing to answer any questions...
Read moreWe were looking forward to checking this out, but our experience was unfortunately not very good. My cone was so hot and the ice cream was only a ring around the edge with absolutely nothing in the center that it started melting and imploding all over me and the table. I ended up with a melted needs and got about 3 bites before it ended up all over the place. My husband's cone was better since it wasn't warm or hot. I'm glad we didn't take it to go or my car would've been a mess with how fast the ice cream melted. We haven't been back and probably won't if that's the way they serve the ice cream. We noticed that other people were having melted ice cream on their tables. That would explain why the table was sticky with ice cream when we went...
