Habitat For Humanity Idaho Falls Area ReStore — Attraction in Idaho Falls

I used to shop this store all the time and it is constantly changing management. If the management is good, the prices are too high. $100 for a used queen mattress? I can go down the road and buy a new one for $125 which I did. So when the management is bad, you can find decent prices. It's one or the other. You'd think that since the items are donated, the lower prices asked, the more they'd sell. Guess I'll try it next month when it'll probably be under new management.

I thought I was disgusted before but now I really am. This isn't just for building materials anymore! Nope! They got all sorts of s* here now. Just like a regular thrift store but prices are double now!!! I understand it's going to a great cause but people are looking for discounted items here. While I appreciate places such as Habitat for Humanity and I enjoy contributing to organizations such as these because I enjoy giving back to those that are in need. I dont enjoy seeing expensive brand new price tags on items I'm looking to purchase that has e previously been well loved and then sitting out in the snow and you expect me to pay full price. Also when I'm paying for such Items dont tell me I can't pay with a fifty dollar bill at the end of the day cause you can't count change back & tell me that I'll need to use my card. If I wanted to use my card I would have and second your costs are more if I do use my card. I gave a two star because the lady at the counter with a better than you attitude couldn't get off her cell phone hardly enough to awenser a few questions but couldn't be bothered to take my hard earned money to make change after a purchase she told me I either use my card or find the exact change. I cannot express how much I love coming here to look for random things to perk my house up with. They have a ton of items and it is so inexpensive that I could kick myself for not stopping by earlier. I have dumped hundreds of dollar into Lowes and Home Depot, and I could have saved so much if I'd realized how often I can find the things I'm looking for here.
