Brazilian Concept Salon and Spa — Attraction in Indialantic

The first time I came here in 2022 I really loved my hair. I've had my hair highlighted by Nathalia 3 more times since then and my hair has come out super bright and orange each time. My haircut is also angled which I asked many times for it to be the same length all the way around. I mentioned this the second time I went in to get my hair cut and I was told it was to be at an angle so it didn't look shorter in the front than the back. I will attach a picture of what I asked for versus what I got in terms of color. I had almost virgin brown hair and wanted some auburn/honey highlights to add dimension to my hair. Nathalia did a full highlight all over my head and turned me bright honey/orange blonde. I asked to tone it down which she did but now my hair is still red/orange just a little darker. I've been very self conscious about my hair since this service and have been wearing hats, bandanas, and pulling my hair back because I think I look washed out and my cut is not what I asked for but it's not the worst part. While the highlighting is not bad, it's not what I wanted at all and I feel like I was not listened to. If I could give 500 stars I would. This place exceeded my expectations and so much more. The ladies at this salon are so beyond sweet and made sure the time was taken to ensure the best care, color, and overall results for my hair. I’m usually very picky/nervous about who handles my hair being that I have natural curls and Natalia took such amazing care of my hair and made me feel assured and comfortable.
