Kellie helped us buy our first home a few years back (at that time we spammed the internet, she was the only one who didn't blow up my phone but only asked how she could help lol) when we first moved here from Wv. We had such an easy time and flow of things (especially being still out of state) it only seemed right to contact her again when we decided to sell and move(we had saved her info from before lol). We are expecting are first child and needed little to no stress and a larger home as well one closer to my husband's work (instead of an hour+ commute, which had changed from when we first moved). We hadn't really talked in a few years, but when she came by it was like having a family member walk through the door, so many laughs and our stress (and the time) melted away. We had a great time and barely lifted a finger (she truly is the best) we had some complications with our home improvement loans (anyone else would have given up on us) but she was able to smooth those into the sell and even get a new roof added. We now have no loans attached to our new home or the old one for the new owner (also from out of state). We got an amazing rate, beautiful spacious house, a great neighborhood and a wonderful comute time of 20min which will be great when our son arrives!! We had such an easy going time with no headache or stress, that's including a small hiccup which pushed back the buyer's sell of his home to buy ours the day we started packing lol. We had a complicated time with but she managed to find a way to make it easy on us and fixed it very quickly so we only had one day extra before we got into our home. We were looking to buy a home in an area 2 hours away from where we lived, an area we knew nothing about. We figured the first step should be to find a realtor with knowledge in the area. We found Kellie through an online search and from the moment we first spoke to her on the phone we knew that we had found the right person we wanted to work with. From that first conversation she made every step of the home buying experience as easy and flawless as possible! From the first meeting we had with Kellie she listened to our needs and wants closely and took every one of them very seriously. She continuously searched the market for homes that would fit our criteria. Also, since we were driving two hours to meet Kellie to the area where we wanted to buy, she would preview the homes and send us all specifics on each home she previewed so that we could make an informed decision on whether each house would work for us or not before driving all the way for nothing. Kellie also showed so much knowledge on everything that has to do with the whole process of home buying! You really feel like you have someone looking out for your interest throughout this entire process with Kellie by your side. Besides that, she knows the areas where she works really well, which helped us a lot to figure out where different things were that were of interest to my husband and me. Every question we had for Kellie or anything we asked her help with she answered and came through in the most professional manner and always with a smile on her face and a kind disposition. Kellie goes above and beyond . I have to start in 2019 when I first decided to move to Melbourne. My husband found Kellie on the internet and arranged for me to meet her to look at homes. She spent a whole day with me showing me homes that met my criteria even though I had really not committed to buying then. It wasn’t until my second trip to the area that we were committed, had a pre- approval letter and were going for it. Again she spent another whole day or two finding my husband and I the perfect home. She was there for us through the whole purchase and beyond. I contacted her many times after the sale had closed and she could have just wiped her hands of us, but she was always willing to help or knew answers to my questions and requests about the Space Coast area.

Fast forward to 2024. We decided we needed to move home to Ohio and needed to put the home she found us up for sale. There were many obstacles that slowed the sale of the property but Kellie stuck with us. After an inspection was done and many problems were found, she took it upon herself to find the correct professionals to fix the issues. We returned to Ohio and left the house empty. It took a few months to find a buyer. Kellie visited the property many times, even after the sale, but before the closing, to make sure everything was OK in the house and around the property.
