This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. My sister and her husband were here visiting this weekend and wanted some mementos to take home and I've never been in this store before but thought we would give it a shot. I should start by mentioning both my sister and myself are in interracial relationships. Upon entering the store the two girls working watched us like hawks. As my brother in law was shopping they came to take his stuff "to put behind the counter" or in other words they were scared he would steal merchandise. Then my sister had to literally force them to take her stuff to put with her husbands and when she told them they were together they said "Oh" as if they were disgusted. Then it gets even better. When my boyfriend asked if they sold any drinks they rudely just pointed to the cooler as if he was not worth even being spoken to. These girls were flat out racist and you would think in 2015 they would have learned a little bit more respect. I put all my merchandise I was going to buy back on the shelves and left. They don't deserve my business or money. I was completely embarrassed that my sister and her husband had to go thru that. Word of advice to anyone shopping here - DON'T. Unless you don't care to be talked about while you shop and judged as soon as you walk...

I bought 2 body boards in less than 3 hrs on the beach the sides came off, the glue did not hold them in place. I went there to exchange them and the employee told me they came defective from manufacturing and they are aware of it so they are replacing them for a different brand. When the owner came, he was a jerk and gave me back the same ones, saying that if I came to exchange them 2 days later after the (the latest) after the purchased, he will replace them for other brand ones. I argued with him and he said that I should be thankful to get new ones better than nothing. Sure, the same piece of crap boards that brakes apart. This is THE WORST beach store I have ever encountered. They sold me damaged Capris for my mom who is 63 yrs old for 45 bucks. Didn't notice they were damaged until she put them on. The 2 ladies would only exchange. I told them that was unacceptable. I want a refund because they sold me damaged goods and it was way over priced For bas quality and damaged. They had the nerve to call me stupid, rude and a crazy lady". I was nice and patient until that. Worst customer service and the clothes are worse than Walmart quality.
