First football game ..felt like being inside the TV, it was pretty cool. The place was very nice, gave us glowing wristbands upon entrance, and it wasn't difficult to find seating... mostly because I just followed my boyfriend, lol. There's an absolutely insane amount of people it feels unreal. If you struggle with anxiety and the thought of mixing in with an unreal amount of people sounds a little terrifying, they have some nice local smoke shops nearby..highly recommend making that a first stop! ☺️🏈🍃 Entertainment: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 I-spy potential: 10/10 Beer: $20! Food: Also expensive ...being in the tv is not cheap! Walk: For some reason we parked in a reccomended garage that was 30 min. On foot it was cold however the experience was fun there was a great boboa tea place we stopped at, the Christmas tree was beautiful, and the entertainment through the tunnel with folks selling shirts and playing music, and shouting silly things was one of the highlights of the night for me (not a sports girl but I'll follow him anywhere.) Overall: it was a fun night and a new experience, if recommend trying at least once.

The Indianapolis Convention Center (ICC) is a fantastic venue. Whether small or large audience the ICC easily holds all. The greatest feature are the many connected skyways that connect the hotels and the mall. Rain, snow, heat, none of that matters as you'll be inside. ICC is surrounded by restaurants allowing those with cravings or dietary restrictions choices in what they eat. For those that are indifferent, the prices for food inside are reasonable as the convention is competing with said restaurants for your business. Walking by yourself inside the massive halls is quite serene when no convention is going on. Even if there was one (2,000 attendees), you'd be hard pressed to notice. For those of massive size (GenCon, 60,000 unique), the openness is appreciated as the space isn't suffocating (though you're drowning in people).

Fun time visiting the convention center this weekend The staff went above and beyond. Super helpful and knowledgeable. The food stand inside the courts needs a drastic makeover. Visitors need fresh food and healthier choices. Three days is hard stuff. The kids are doing sports and burning calories. You will make massive amounts of money if you change some of the menu items and offerings made fresh. The staff was so nice that I chose not to ask for a refund. Thank you for the Rice bowl, açaí, good coffee and bagels and cream cheese in the entrance hallway. Pretzel needs more staff. Lines were crazy long. I also shopped allot with all your vendors. A few massage chairs will be a dream come true. See you next year!!!!

Beautiful, well maintained facility. Well staffed. Problems are the sheer size if you are there for a large conference, as I walked 3+ miles in a day every day back and forth between exhibit halls, conference room and adjacent hotel. They do have escalators, but they really should invest in a moving sidewalk for the Maryland Street side to get from one end to another. I was surprised there were no obvious help for handicapped, no golf carts, no motorized scooters, etc, nor any staff to assist. The catered food is what really detracts from the venue. The food was AWFUL. Every chicken dish was cold (like it had been sitting, not that it just came from refrigerator) and therefore sketchy as can be, I was terrified to eat most of it for fear of getting food poisoning. None of the chicken had any seasoning, and it was all tough/rock hard (I broke the plasticware trying to cut it). Many dishes unnecessarily added dairy to them, and 20% of population is lactose intolerant, 4% are allergic to bovine protein. Why are you putting cheese in the salads? Cheese should be on the side. You ruin the one dish for those allergic to cheese, plus vegans can eat. Every day they were out of diet/zero sugar sodas by noon. Snacks were literally candy bars, Doritos, potato chips, donuts, pastries, ice cream etc! Very few healthy options. Occasionally there were Kind bars and whole apples/oranges, but you don't know if they'd been washed, and how many attendees handled, and no close place to rinse them off yourself. The one day they had cut fruit, a staff member saw tongs drop on the floor, and picked them up and put them right back on the platter in front of us all! Vending machines were always empty (still couldn't buy a diet coke), and the convenience kiosk was rarely open. The one time it was it was $5 for a 20oz bottle of Coke Zero! The area is pretty, but depressing. There's a dead mall, and lots of awful overpriced restaurants. There are no CVS/Walgreens, no 7-11 or stores to buy snacks. I never even saw a place to buy a t-shirt...

There's a reason Indy is consistently rated as the #1 Convention City in the United States and it's in no small part because of the Indiana Convention Center. Expanded again and again over decades and always kept current on modern renovations, it is a massive, multi-block venue that can handle multiple large conventions simultaneously. This is one of the cleanest facilities of any kind I have been to, the world over! The staff are fantastic and the hospitality is consistent with what should be expected of the Hoosier State, which is known for its hospitality. While it may be more expensive to book this facility than many others around the US, you are really getting back what you're willing to invest into your event, when it comes to booking the ICC from an ROI perspective. Highly, highly impressed.

The unique set of Skywalks connecting hotels, restaurants, shopping, offices, etc. in most of the western areas of Downtown Indy to the Convention Center is one of the things that makes the ICC and Downtown Indy the place to have a convention of any size. You cannot beat the experience your convention attendees will have, during their time in this City...

I had such a great time at the black expo this Saturday. The place is huge and not far from the circle center Mall, where we parked. There were many vendors, articles for sale, local as well as national companies that were offering free stuffs( seal breakers or letter openers, bags, pens, water bottles, pop corns, stickers, hand sanitizers, chapsticks, pictures, etc). The only negative comment I will make about the event is the food. It was expensive and very bad. After spending $20 on some fried fish, chicken, and Mac and cheese, two of my friends returned their food because it wasn't edible, no flavor at all. It was a rip off. Not sure why they charged so much for food. Is it because the event was free? We were very disappointed by our meals. I got some ribs with French fries and Mac and cheese. My Jaws were hurting after taking few bites. The ribs were undercooked, and I felt like I was chewing some rubber. I paid $23 for the food and a glass of lemonade. My drink was extremely sweet I had to dilute it with some water that I was carrying. 😒😒. Big waist of my money. If you can i suggest that you bring...
