7/4/2025 Stopped by Living Spaces yesterday for a dining room set. Miriam was so pleasant to work with and what a genuinely nice individual. She took us to look at several that would work in our space and we decided on a nice site. We also spoke with Iain who helped us with a previous order. Excellent people who work at Living Spaces. Matt checked us out and he was amazing as well. Great prices and inventory. Highly recommended.
6/1/2025 What an amazing experience at Living Spaces today. We have been shopping looking at various stores and have shopped Living Spaces in the past and we always go back. The showroom is spectacular with a wide array of furniture for every room and outdoor space. As we walked in the front door we were greeted by the staff at the front kiosk area. We started looking and ran into Mina who was quite friendly, professional and helpful. Shortly thereafter the manager, Josh stopped by and we began talking about scheduling a delivery and how far out would be acceptable. What an amazing store manager with top shelf service and a can do attitude. As we spoke my wife found a beautiful leather Living room set and we added that to the cart as Mina and Josh worked together to make sure the items were available and in stock. We then were told that all of them don't work on commissions as they have a team concept and to please enjoy looking in the store and that any associate can add to our cart if we found any other items. We the proceeded to the bedroom furniture area and Ronny who also was kind, professional and outgoing helped add a few more items to the cart. The values are exceptional and the staff amazing. They offered us drinks, ice cream and peace. It was refreshing. Then we met Iain who was top notch as well. Iain helped us accross the finish line with several other items and was so kind and authentic. We then met Shayla on checkout and she has a smile that brightens any room. Shayla is a true professional. The overall experience was stellar and the value, customer service and people are genuine and honest. We thanked Josh on the way out as his leadership in the store surely sets the tone for such a well run and in-sync. Highly recommended.
Previous experience We had a wonderful experience this evening at Living Spaces in Irvine. We have been looking at recliners at several stores in Irvine, Laguna Hills, and Lake Forest and Living Spaces won our business. Victor was knowledgeable, personable, and quite versed on the products in the store, which was w impressive. We decided on a full function power recliner and a nice coffee table to be delivered to our new home in April. Read moreThis company relies on deceptive business practices and omission of facts to get you to pay more than you should. We should have looked at their Yelp reviews (1,500 reviews averaging 2.2 star average out of 5!!) before we went in. Now we're getting the run-around with their customer service, filing a formal complaint, and disputing charges with our credit card company.
Our Experience:
We came into Living Spaces in Irvine on Technology Drive ready to purchase a new couch. Unfortunately, our experience with salesperson David and Sylvia (manager), and everyone within their so-called "customer service dept" has left us beyond dissatisfied.
We purchased a couch at 8:37 PM, only to discover early the next day, that a better configuration was available that would have saved us nearly $1,000--but the option was never shown to us. We immediately called (less than 24 hours later) to make the change and were told that the changes could not be made and that our purchase was final immediately following the transaction, as it happened after the 8:00 PM deadline. We were never told of this 8:00 PM deadline while we were making the purchase. We were surprised when Sylvia, the manager, told us that there was nothing she could do to help remedy the situation despite acknowledging that her salesperson omitted the more affordable option. She offered to return the couch for a 25% restocking fee which would end up costing us nearly the same amount as the money we would have saved with the less expensive option. She was comfortable letting us walk away knowing that her salesperson's mistake cost us nearly $1,000.
We asked to have the matter escalated and were provided a phone number to their customer service or complaint dept. We promptly called and were told someone would reach out. Customer service basically said (in-writing) exactly what the store manager said - "...we're sorry that our salesperson didn't tell you about the cheaper option...but you're only option is still to cancel and lose nearly $1,000...or keep the couch we forced you into overpaying for...". I'm paraphrasing, but that's basically their response.
BOTTOM LINE: If a company or anyone within a company makes a mistake (or worse), that company should find a reasonable accommodation for their customer IF they were interested in taking care of their customer.
Living Spaces Furniture is NOT interested in taking care of their customers.

I am writing to let you know that I'm very dissatisfied with the issues I have had with my recent purchase of a sectional sofa. These issues have significantly marred what was supposed to be an exciting experience, turning it into an ongoing frustration.
I selected this sectional for its comfort, appearance, and design, but the product I received did not meet the quality standards I expected from Living Spaces. Here are the primary issues I’ve encountered: Misaligned Sectional: The sectional pieces do not align properly, affecting the sofa's appearance and comfort.
Cushion Issues: After reporting the misaligned cushions, I was sent a replacement that was even smaller than the original, further worsening the alignment issue. It also didn’t solve the other issues.
Delivery Damage: During delivery, one of the sofa legs was missing protection, resulting in a scratch on my living room floor. When I reported this, I was informed that my claim was closed without resolution because I didn’t send a photo immediately. I have made multiple calls to your team to address these issues, but each interaction has only added to my disappointment.
My concerns have not been handled appropriately despite my patience and efforts to seek a resolution. I would appreciate a quick reply to confirm that these issue will be resolved. I'm expecting Living Spaces to stand by the quality of its products and customer satisfaction, and I'm hoping you'll take the necessary steps to address my concerns.
Oct 30, 2024 Additional feedback after response from "Living space owner".
I am reaching out regarding my ongoing issue with Living Spaces that has remained unaddressed despite multiple follow-up attempts. On October 28, I was assured that a supervisor would contact me by the end of that day or, at the latest, on Tuesday, October 29. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any callback or update, which has been increasingly frustrating.
At this point, I need to know how this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. Please confirm a specific time when a supervisor or manager will reach out to discuss a clear plan for resolution.
Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
