Read moreI have shopped at this Sephora a few times and most recently asked an associate for a setting powder with no flashback. I repeatedly mentioned this requirement for the setting powder and the associate guided me to the front where a One Size setting powder is. I asked if it had Talc and said that I can’t use it if it causes flashback in photos. She said that it didn’t have Talc and wouldn’t cause flashback. After the pageant I had I got the photos back from stage performance and other shoots (a $350 cost) and every single photo was RUINED because of the amount of flashback caused by this setting powder. Upon searching the Sephora site, TALC IS THE FIRST INGREDIENT LISTED. The associate either maliciously misled me to cause me problems for the performance I had or was horribly uneducated about the product. I never use concealer so I wanted help in figuring out color. Then I felt rushed into buying quickly since it was closing time. And the rudeness of the guy that was working there to ask me are you okay as I was walking out with over $120 of product. Bro, you didn't ask once in 30 minutes if I needed assistance even though we made eye contact multiple times and now you want to know if I'm okay. I think the staff at this store need to get some training on customer service.
Every other sephora store I have been to I am greeted when I walk in. I have multiple people ask me if i need anything as I browse the aisles. I feel welcomed and cared for.
