Do not go and waste money at this place bought a 600.00 chain and charm had it 20 days the stone fell out the charm and began to crumble I contacted them and they said send it back and we will weigh it and you pay the difference on the weight. Not even a day later than chain broke it was a rope necklace I took it to my local jeweler and he pointed out the next four places it was gonna break at and said take it back and the should take care of it since the chain was only 20 days old. I’ve called and email no one has responded to any emails or calls I shipped the jewelry back to them and did a signature confirmation and they refused the package. The lady I first spoke with her name was Thelma only spoke with her that one time and since will not return or answer my calls. So people stay far away from this place jewelry isn’t worth save yourself the trouble and go to a real American jewelry store!!! This is my retraction of my first review , I did buy a 1,200dollor wedding band and there was a problem with the ring , The diamonds start falling out , I was upset at first because the workers in the store would not help me the solving the problem of the return ,after going back and forth I finally decided to let the store replace the ring with a new one , After specking to the owner of the store he was a very nice gentleman, and he did hold his word to consumer (me) and would refund money or replace ring . If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. Honestly don’t waist your time long story short got sold a fake chain, also the old man who sold it to us was so rude. I made a report with the Bbb and that was no help . I tried contacting the number that was provided in the responses to the report, the guy who answered me said he would call me back but never did.There is more to the story ,but I’ll save u the time and tell you to just avoid this place over all. At this point there is nothing I can do.I could make a report with the consumers protection, but it’s a wait of time.Apparently they also have a kiosk in between the pretzel place by the kids foot locker and journeys.
